When I picked it up it felt light, but once I anchored it in, it felt secure and stable. At first the lock didn't work, but I was able to bent the bar and it works just fine. The box is small but I just needed a little bit of extra covered space The box is easy to open and shut and its tight from rain and other elements.

What the heck happened!!!
I got home to find this in a pile in my backyard like they opened the door and literally threw this off the truck! My picture shows exactly how I found it. Its so damaged that the lid won't even close because it's twisted so badly!

    I WAS NOT PAID 4 MY REVIEW
    I Gave It 5* Because It Earned It. Don't Be Foolish And Go For Well Known Brand Such As Craftsman. I Made My 14 Years Old To Compare The 2 Products. Within A Few Second He Noticed The TACK welds and the bottom was made out of thinner metal instead of their diamond plate heavy duty aluminum construction advertised. Although not fit for liquid storage, but he knew I would not be able to use it as the back up COOLER for cookout like our old cobalt truck bed tool box which was also a 5* in my book. I Went With This brand because it was $27 cheaper. I used 2 97Cents can of black paint from walmart from the saving to paint it black to match my truck. Better Built Is okay and A in overall value.

    BETTER BUILT TOOLBOX Not!!!
    The tool boxes came bent on weld seam. Both box were twisted at the flat part that sits on the truck. The welds look like a 5th grade welded them. WALMART THIS NOT A QUALITY TOOLBOX.

    Great for the price
    This box is what it promises to be...lightweight, and low profile. It fits my 2017 Nissan Titan perfectly. I used the Better Built Grip Rite no-drill mounts to install it...got them at Auto Zone. I put my Husky tool tote, sawzall, ratchet set case, cordless drill set, breaker bar, cordless skillsaw, and couple smaller items. If I arrange it right, I can get a shovel in there too. What I like the most about it is that I don't lose any length on my 6.5 foot bed, because there is plenty of room under the box.

    Attractive,and use full addition
    It fit just as planed,looked good and is very use full.The narrow box give a good look to the short bed on our truck.It gives storage with out taking away from the room in the truck bed.

    Great box!
    Great little truck box. Took about 4 days to ship to my store and only 12 min to install. Good quality, no bends or dents, clean as a whistle. Put in my 2015 Sierra. Buy the DeeZee all metal mounts for an extra $13. Worth it.

    The box is referred to as full-size. There are no actual dimensions given. It is far too narrow and too shallow to be much use. Evidently full-size refers to the size of the truck is supposed to fit. Returned it.

    Good fit.
    We purchased this box because (1) it was on sale for a good price and (2) the fact that it is a Slimline box. Very easy to install, although the "no drill" clamps should have been provided which is why I didn't give it five stars. I'm satisfied with drilling in the two screws. No leaks so far. It fits well with our short bed Ford. Nice to still have some room for hauling stuff without having to remove the box.

    Looks good on truck
    Good quality. Light weight for someone that does not need to haul a lot of tools in it. Small than expected in width because it is a slimline tool box. My husband was pleased with it.
