Sturdy & Increasing Challenges
I bought this a year ago when my grandson was 1, now he's two. Over the year this sturdy truck has offered increasingly difficult coordination challenges, currently the two handed scooper action. He loves the horn variations, storage under seat, and push option. We've used it mostly indoors on carpet, though it has gone outside on concrete. We take care of him 2 days a week and this truck is always a go-to toy.

Fun Backhoe
I purchased this product for a 2 yr old who loves construction equipment. Although the plastic body is not as sturdy as I expected it to be, it is still a great purchase and give him great entertainment

    Great Gift
My 2 year old nephew loves construction trucks and the excavator is his favorite. He has been digging holes in the backyard - my sister is not so happy, my mum turned baby-sitter loves it since he spends hours on end on this thing. Turns out my 9 month old nephew loves the excavator too! Arrived on time, easy to assemble and a great price!!

    2 yr. old loves it!
Bought this for 2yr. old grandson, he loved it! It's great for eye hand coordination. He really is having fun learning to operate the bucket. Much better than another electronic toy that requires batteries, or has a bunch of pieces to keep track of & pickup.

Perfect toy for my 2 year old grandson
My grandson is crazy about construction vehicles so this has been a big hit. It's easy for him to maneuver and pick things up off the floor. He loves the sounds it makes. It's totally entertaining. The only complaint I would have is that when you try to attach the arm with the shovel into the truck it doesn't click into place as discribed in the instructions so it can come out easily. But in normal use there doesn't seem to be much of a problem

    Perfect Scooter
My 17 month old grandson is into all things construction. One of his first words was "backhoe". This Backhoe Scooter was EXACTLY what I was looking for and is absolutely perfect for him. Lightweight, agile, well-designed and well-balanced, he hopped on it immediately and scooted down the hallway on it, delightedly beeping the horn and moving the bucket arm.

It Could use a better tune to play than Frosty the Snowman!
I sent this toy to my Grandson across the country. So I haven't seen it! But my son says he loves it! His wife put it together and said it was easy but the directions weren't in English. She just followed the pictures! BUT, when you push the sound button, it plays FROSTY THE SNOWMAN!!!! I'm a little confused as to why they picked that song! Otherwise it was a big hit!

    So realistic!
I was extremely impressed at how realistic this little truck actually was. It features buttons which make real truck sounds (horn and siren) and also plays 5 different musical tunes. As the tunes play, the steering wheel and the headlights flash along to the beat! One of the coolest things about this truck is the rotating driver's cab and the moveable loader. The loader is easily controlled by a pulley mechanism near the steering wheel which allows kids to pick things up like a real excavator! Underneath the driver's seat there is a hidden storage space which contains a 3 piece gardening tool set. I thought this was a nice little touch to really complete the construction worker theme. This ride on toy is perfect for both indoor AND outdoor use and would be the perfect gift for toddlers learning how to balance themselves! *I received the products mentioned above for free in return for an unbiased review.
