Poor defective quality was delivered
The guitar strings alignment was completely offset meaning the string pattern was E-E-A-D-G-B ..lower E string missing . This is ridiculous and not sure how can they delivered the item without checking it . I had to pay more on return as they ask for the same packaging box or buy the box and it's really not easy and worth

    Only got the guitar ☹
    I only received the guitar and case. Everything else that is listed in the description did not come with the shipment. Contacted the company and have yet to receive a response. Cannot give quality of product because it cannot be used without the missing equipment.

    I really wanted to like it, but....
    The guitar did not have the black scratch panel that is shown in the Sunburst guitar. Also, when my son opened the gift guitar, the black bag was covered in a white mold/mildew. It was delivered one week before his birthday and kept in a dry room, and opened for the first time on his birthday. The guitar seems ok, I will know more when someone with some guitar knowledge checks it out for me. It may be going back to the store. The pictures show exactly what the bag looked like minutes after the gift was opened. Looks rough, 2 stars are for the fact that the guitar was not moldy.

    A real bargain for a knock around guitar
    Amazing price for a nice guitar and accessories. Obviously it does not have the action or feel of a Martin or other high end guitar, but for the money it was much better than I expected. The fresh cut wood smells great also.

    I used to own an electric guitar and the body was smaller than my new guitar. It took a few days to get used to the larger guitar but once I did it was fun to play.

    Plastic tuning pegs stripped out.
    Bought this guitar to get back into playing again,something to do and for joint therapy in hands and wrists,but anyhow I got this guitar and couldn't tune it because the plastic pegs stripped out,called Customer service and they replaced with no issues.. got 2nd one and same issue,so now I'm trying to find sealed metal pegs now so it dont become a dust collector on the wall or in the corner ... Frustrated !!

    Good for the price!
    For the money it was a good deal. Only paid $82! The tuner was not reading one of the notes so we just used an app on the phone. Its a good price for a starter for our son. If you don't want to spend a fortune this will do great for someone to goof off and try something new.
