Latern and flash light combo
These are awesome. My husband likes the lantern more. He is a outdoor man so I wasn't surprised. Both are brighter then what we expected. With an as seen on tv item we was not expecting these to be really great but they are and would love to get more of just the lanterns. It is colabsable like they say it is. Seems like it will be a good product that last a while on both items. Also these will come in handy for storm season.

Very bright lights!
I really like this flashlight. It is small, durable and very bright. It only takes 3 AA batteries. It has a wrist strap attached. The light is black with an orange on/off switch on the bottom of the handle. You press very slightly on the on/off switch to move between modes. The modes are high, medium, low, strobe and SOS. The zoom on this light is great. You push the nozzle all the way in for a full large circle. You pull it out and it turns into a small square. The light is very clear. I do wish the nozzle that you push in or out were a little firmer. Slightly touching it moves it when you may want it to stay in one position. The lantern I am not quite as impressed with. The feel of it is light, which is good when you don't want to be caring a lot of weight, but it feels cheap. The handles are flimsy metal which pull out and can be bent. There is a rattle in the lantern, like something is broken off inside the light. The very top of the lantern rotates ¾ of the way around, but does not come off, open or do anything, so I don't know why it turns. The light turns on by pulling the lantern open and you dim it by pushing it back down closed. It is very bright and a clear light. It will light up a dark area very easily. There are some scratches on the inside of the lens, but they do not affect the brightness of the light. Don't look into either of these lights, they are very bright!

    Super bright flashlight and lantern set!
    This is a super bright flashlight and lantern set! I love how easy they are to use and how bright they are. The flashlight has 5 modes and a zoom function. The modes include a high, medium, low, strobe and sos. The box states that the flashlight is visible 5 nautical miles, and that it has a lifetime replacement warranty. The box for the lantern states that it lasts up to 100,000 hours and also has a lifetime replacement warranty. Both items state they are water resistant, which I think is a very cool feature to have. Overall, I am very impressed with these products and highly recommend them.

    A must have....
    This flashlight and lantern are the perfect bundle. The flashlight is so durable and has 5 settings and is so bright it's a must have for the house, car, or anywhere else. Even if it did not have all the features the brightness with these lights is the reason to buy. With the winter and bad weather these are necessary for power outages and or bad storms. Flashlight takes 3 aaa and the lantern takes 3 aa which are not included. Excellent smart buy.....

    Very bright
    I was very surprised about how bright this lantern is. It takes three AA batteries that are not included. This latern is all plastic which is disappointing and the carrying handles are a thin metal. You pull up on the latern for the desired amount of light you need. The box claims you can freeze it,put it under water and it's fine in a fire. I did not try any of these to see if it still works. The box also claims that the super bright light lasts 100,000 hours. This is a very light product weighing less than two pounds. The visibility is two nautical miles.It has a lifetime replacement warranty. The latern collapses smaller than a Smartphone. This can be used for power outages which this will fit in my go bag for emergencies. Also it can be used for camping,car or home. I like this latern I just wish it wasn't all plastic.

    Built strong to last!
    This Bell + Howell Taclight Flashlight and Lantern Ultimate Camping Bundle is a wonderful combo! Built strong to withstand the elements and pretty much anything else you can throw at them, the taclight and lantern are both super tough and super bright. In fact, they can be a little too bright at times, so make sure you don't look directly at the LED lights when you first turn them on. The Taclight Flashlight claims to be 40x brighter than a regular flashlight and it definitely lives up to this claim. To turn on/off the Taclight Flashlight, press the yellow button on the back handle all the way down. It has 5 modes of operation: High, Medium, Low, Strobe to deter intruders, and SOS to signal for help. To switch modes, lightly tap the yellow button. It takes a bit of practice to do this without accidentally pressing down turning off the light, but it's worth the effort. The Taclight Flashlight also has a Zoom function that goes from x200 to x1 to focus the light directly on a person or object. All you do is gently slide the top of the flashlight outward or pull it inward, depending on how much magnification you need. The Taclight Lantern is incredibly compact and portable, yet bright enough to illuminate an entire area with ease. It collapses to approximately 5-inches small and expands to approximately 7-inches tall. Simply pull or push to adjust light brightness and intensity. To turn the lantern off completely, just push it all the way down until it's fully collapsed. The lantern is extremely lightweight and comes with two metal wire handles built-in that you can use to hang it from a nearby tree branch or carabiner hook. Both the flashlight and lantern can be used underwater or near a fire. Both claim to be able to withstand being frozen in ice. I haven't tested that particular feature yet, but I wouldn't doubt it to be true considering how solidly these things are built. They will definitely last for many years to come. The only thing missing is a radio, which would be a nice addition even though it isn't really a necessity in this day and age with smartphones hiding around every corner. All in all, I am very impressed with this flashlight and lantern combo and can't wait to bring them on our next camping trip! Highly recommended!

    Super Bright
    These are really bright. The lantern makes it look like daylight. I used it to light up the dog kennel outside, it looks like daylight outside at night. Which is good for me seeing I'm disabled. The flashlight is bright, it shines like daylight too. When you point it ,the light at someone or something. I really like that, as I said before it helps me out. I can see the holes in the yard and even the ant piles. So I don't step on them. I'll be using these a lot. They are perfect for seeing in the dark. I recommend them to anyone who goes outside and likes to camp. They are even great if the power goes out due to a storm or anything else.

    powerful lights!
    I received the Tac Light High performance flashlight in the black color. This thing is only 5 inches long but really packs a punch with the brightness factor. There are a bunch of LED lights on this flashlight and that is why it is so bright! You can toggle through five modes of high, medium, low, strobe, and SOS. I think the only bad thing about this product is how you have to toggle through them all with one button. However, I think this light is super bright and super sturdy! It is heavy duty and feels quality just by the weight of it. You can also adjust the light stream on this product. You can zoom the light stream by twisting the top part. The light also came with the lantern style light as well. You fold up the top handle on the lantern and pull open the light to reveal the bulbs. This light can light up a room! The bulb themselves do not dim like the flash light, it is more like a lantern. However you can open and close this to adjust the brightness. That is also how you turn it on and off. I think this light would be perfect for camping or keeping around the house. The lantern seems very lightweight for the substantial light it produces. I think the lightweight feature would be good for hanging it around a tent for example. I think both these lights are very powerful and are great sizes for many uses.

    Bright latern and flashlight
    This lantern works on batteries. It is very bright. The lantern cover can be at full lighting or can be just be dimmed. The brightness is controlled by the cover. I just had to pull the cover up or down depending on how much brightness I wanted. I like how lightweight the lantern is. It is easy to carry. The flashlight is very bright. The flashlight has the have high, medium and low brightness an also a SOS signal and strobe light. I like how bright both the lantern and flashlight. The flashlight is very easy to handle. The lantern is easy to handle and carry. Both the Lantern and flashlight are great for camping, hiking or when the power goes out. I use the flashlight for when I am walking the dogs in the evening when it is dark. Both the lantern and flashlight are the brightest lights I have bought. They both work well to replace light when it is not available. Both the lantern and flashlight make it convenient to have light when there is no light in the house. I keep my lantern and flashlight at the front door so everyone in my house knows where to grab them for when the lights are out.

    Love this bundle!
    I received this product from the Spark Reviewer program. I love to go camping and these are great. Also when the weather gets bad and the electricity goes out there they are waiting to go. They work well in hot weather or cold. It's super bright. I can use them to walk to the back of the house at night when it's dark to take out trash. Love them.
