I always wanted something like this
This visor is a good help when you are driving... i live in miami and sometimes the sun is so strong that you can see the effects in the road with the reflect , so you need this visor to stop using your hand to avoid the sun. You can see so clearly, its like using really good sun glasses!!! At Night has a good vision but to be honest i have used it more during the day. My dad liked a lot so he wants one of this too. If you Usually drive at noon or before 4pm i think you should give a try.

I first seen this on an infomercial like most others probably have, and thought how neat. In theory it really is too. But I do not feel the benefit is really there though. When it first arrived we were so excited, my husband ran out and installed it, which is a breeze. When I drove my car, I was like something is rattling, its the anti glare visor. So I flipped it down to see if it is all it is supposed to be. Sorry but I feel like it does not make my field of view better. Actually, it just feels like important things are being blocked, it just felt unsafe to me, and I was still blinded so I took it off and put on my sunglasses. My judgement is based on driving down the road, not just sitting in the driveway. I suggest a road that is not to busy or unfamiliar when trying it out the first time. So no, I do not recommend this visor to others.

    Awesome Anti-Glare Visor!
    While driving my older son to his home during this weekend the Bell & Howell TAC Visor came in handy. The sun was high and the glare of the road was blinding me. Once I used the anti-glare visor, visibility was crystal clear. This visor is awesome! Easy to install; easy to use. It blocks blinding glare and also UV rays. At night not only it blocks blinding oncoming car lights, but it highlights or brightens visibility. It may not fit all vehicles though. My pickup has 2 visors. It did not fit on the larger visor, but it fitted very well the small one. You can slide the tac visor from one point to the other, by just pressing slightly the clip. Makes driving more safely. Driving day or night this Tac Visor does increase the driver's field of vision. Definitely recommend it!

    Good only if you are tall enough to view through
    I am 5'2" so the edge of the visor is in my line of vision no matter what I adjust in my Chev. LTZ pickup. I have elevated the seat, moved the clip, pulled the visor in every direction however I still have the edge of the visor in my line of vision. This works well for my husband who is taller than I and wears glasses. His glasses tint in the sun however the tint of the the truck windshield prevents his glasses from changing. This visor works well for him in day and night. I would definitely recommend this visor for those who can adjust it to fit their line of vision but for those of us 5'2" or shorter cannot benefit from this item.

    Interesting idea with some flaws
    This day and night visor is very interesting and a new product in the market. I tried it on my car and the results were good. It does help with the sun and the headlights. However I do see my reflection in the visor. It was easy to install and easy to use. The see through visor is useful but I did not feel the need to see through it. A normal visor from the car can block out all of the light. I enjoy using it only to shade my eyes when it is overcast and not so for when it is too sunny. When the sun is actually visible the normal visor provide better shade.

    This Tac visor is nice with it being a dual use day and night visor. Anti glare is awesome for nighttime driving especially in the rain. The glare from other vehicle lights and the newer highway signs with lights. The glare is terrible for people like myself and the this visor definitely helps. The daytime visor benefits my husband more than myself. However we both agree that the attachment of the visor to the visor on the vehicle needs to be better. It only has one clip and it (the visor) worked itself right off the vehicle sun visor. The clip also (depending on your vehicle) goes right over the sun visor mirror leaving it inoperable. This is a nice product, just needs a little improvement on the mounting.

    No more sunglasses needed
    I do a lot of driving for my work. I often forget sunglasses at a location and then drive squinting to my next location. This Bell and Howell visor solves that perfectly and works so much better than most sunglasses. I was a bit surprised that It really as clearer and more defined looking through the visor than just looking through my wind shield. I expected it to just darken my view like my designer sunglasses. It really does make it easier to see because it slightly darkens but defines each individual color so that different grays and greens are easier to see. I included a picture that shows how well you can see. There is some glare in the picture from my reflection on the visor. I admit, i do see a slight reflection on the visor at times but it is less than it appears in photo. It slides onto the visor easily and seems easy and quick to use or put up. It also appears well made and I do not expect it to break down quickly. The night view lens is not my favorite although I realized that when my eyes were tired and oncoming lights were irritating, it did help quite a bit. I will be using this visor daily during sun and occasionally in night driving. If driving lights or brightness is at all an issue for you, this is a great item.

    Great for glares n blinding headlights
    This Bell + Howell Tac visor is a great idea. Usually when I pull down the built in car visor I can't see the stop lights and sign boards with peeping under it. This visor blocks the glare and I can see everything. It works great. I wear sunglasses all the time and with this product I wouldn't need it. It's great for those blinding head lights at night too. It was easy to install, just clip to your car visor. The only problem is that it's a bit bulky. The clip is huge. The yellow portion is too big. My husband says it comes too far in his driver area and hits him in the head, so it may not be good for tall people. Overall a great idea and product, it may work for some and not for others.

    Anti-glare Indeed
    After reading some reviews for this product, I wasn't expecting much. So, I was pleasantly surprised when I ended up like just about everything about this visor. To begin, it was ridiculously easy to set up. It is a very tight fit on my visor, so it's not going anywhere. It's a bit bulky, but I didn't have any real issue with that. I wear glasses, so sunglasses are a no go for me. So, this is perfect for keeping the sun from blinding me while driving. It's also nice not to have my view obstructed by the car's sun visor. There are little gaps on the side and top where the visor can't reach, but again, no real issue with that. Overall, I'm impressed. And for the price, I don't think you can do much better.

    Cute down on daytime glare
    This product did a decent job of cutting down on daytime glare. I was less impressed with the ability to do the same with evening glare. Also, be sure to read the instructions before installing. If you do. It install this properly you will have visibility issues. What I found annoying were the clips. They would not stay on!! They kept sliding. I wish they were made longer or tighter.
