I bought one of these units long ago when I had to replace my batteries in my 2000 Ford F-350SD w/7.3 diesel which takes two 12 volt batteries. I don't use the truck much and without the Battery Tender the batteries get very weak and a few times completely dead. I never had that problem again after I started using the Battery Tender, the batteries are ready to go everytime because of the float maintenance charge system built into the charger. So I went ahead and bought one for my son-in-law. We both only use our trucks about every other month.

    Great for Battery Maintenance - Not Fast Charge
    Since the pandemic, my wife has hardly driven her Lexus RX350. I try to take it out once a week to the store but that's not really enough charging time. We had to replace the battery twice because of this. I bought Battery Tender Plus charger and let it charge overnight. The next day it was completely charged and stayed charged. People have to understand it's not a quick charger, it's more of a maintaining charge. I understand people with car collections use chargers like this to maintain their car batteries while they are parked in storage for long periods of time.

    A Must Have Item!
    I think this is such an amazing product! I have a 2012 Jeep Wrangler that I don't drive every day so I bought this to keep the battery charged. This is especially important since I live in Minnesota and during winter months the bitter cold can drain the battery overnight. What's amazing is Walmart completely and utterly destroyed Amazon on the price!! If you need this product - you NEED it from Walmart!

    I have five of these devices and I have found them to be superior to any other brand. They are a secret most people do not know about. They are the ultimate device to have for any vehicle that is stored for any length of time. They will pay for themselves in the batteries that they keep maintained. They are a absolute must for me.

    Best there is
    Although I haven't used this charger I do have the dual charger model for my two trolling motor batteries. It works great. I left is on the batteries all to keep them fully charged all summer long. That's why I purchased the this one for my starting battery. I can leave it hooked up and never have to worry about getting to the lake with a weak or dead battery. Highly recommend these chargers for your boat or RV.

    We purchased the battery tender for our vehicle that has to stay outside year-round. The battery on that vehicle does not last as long as the warranty period. We have been happy with the tender so far. It charges the battery and then keeps it charged with a trickle of electricity regularly. We recommend it.

    Great for keeping your RV battery charged up.
    I bought battery tender to keep the charge up on my class c motorhome. I use to have to start it up at least once a week to keep it charged up and ready to go whenever I need too. Now, I just keep it plugged in and it will keep it charge up all the time. I would definitely recommend this product for charging your batteries.

    Excellent battery tender
    This unit works better than a battery charger, since it focuses on maintaining the charge of the battery over an extended period of time. So, if you don't use your vehicle very often, I would recommend this charging unit for use during the times when the automobile is inactive.

    High Price but works very well!
    I have been noticing Battery Tender products for several years and I always considered them to be overpriced considering similar competing products. Regardless, after reviewing other chargers I bought this one. Well after receiving it I used it to charge three of my smaller batteries. It worked very well, indicated charge status throughout the process and entered the Float/Maintenance charge status at the end of the main cycle. It is made completely in the US and I have to say that despite the almost double price compared to other automatic chargers I am completely satisfied. The unit has a very compact, well built, US made feel to it. I have no regrets and do recommend it to anyone who wants to charge smaller batteries (Lawn Tractors, Motorcycles, and similar sized batteries) with no reservations.
