This was a gift for my daughter she loves it. I love that you can turn the sounds off. She crawls and talks its not very loud which is great.

new low for Walmart
Thank you Walmart you just hit a new low. Item was broken very disappointing for my great daughter who is still crying. Walmart knew this item was broken yet they still shipped it as a new item. I don't think they should get 0 stars.

    Doll is delivered in Ugly brown box / no frills
    the doll is fine but beware it is delivered in an ugly brown box, it is not packaged as it would be in a store....not pretty for a little girl to open, thinking about returning it, i'll pay an extra $5 to have it look presentable.

    Impeccable customer service, and remarkable doll!
    Perfect! Shes a beautiful well constructed doll. My niece hasn't put her down since she arrived in mail delivery from Walmart two days earlier than expected!!!! I highly recommend the Baby Alive (Sparkles) and the delivery, packaging, correspondence was impeccable customer service. Thank you kindly!

    Disappointed! The doll came in a cardboard box only. She does not speak, does not crawl well and came with writing on the clothes. My daughter was very sad!

    ordered this doll for my granddaughter and she collects dolls they didn't say when ordering that it came in a cardboard box it should have came in the original packaging which to a doll collector means everything this came in a cardboard box with all the pieces just Loosely throw it in I would not recommend this as to a collector of any sorts or anyone else for that matter arrived very cheaply packaged it doesn't even say what the dolls name is on the packaging it simply came in a cardboard shoe box. called customer service and they said all they can do is change the way it says it on their site. if you are a collector of toys you know that the original packaging means everything if it does not come in original packaging than walmart.com should say so and they did not. customer service was of no help at all

    Online purchase - terrible packaging/presentation!
    I ordered this online for Christmas and am completely disappointed at the way it came packaged! It's in a brown cardboard box with no separate packaging, instructions or anything!! It almost looks like a refurbished toy - maybe it is and it wasn't indicated. terrible!!
