    Confused
    When I first received it I was upset due to the plates being ceramic and not titanium (mirror like) not sure if it's authentic. However it does heat up really quick, I did not have to put it on a high temperature and it straighten my hair really nice and smooth. Therefore I kept the product.

    One pass test approved!
    Used a chi for the past 4 years! Wanted a change so bought this. Very impressed! I have thick very curly hair..this gets it straightened in one pass! I use a paddle brush under it. Hope this lasts as long as my chi has! Excellent straightener!!!
