Perfect Smoothies with One Button!
I love the Smoothie buttons it blends everything perfectly with the push of one button! Tip: load the ice or frozen fruits first then put bananas leafy greens flax seeds and liquid in on top...next push the button and it'll blend it all perfectly in one step!

Awful Product
I usually don't write reviews, but i would hate for anyone to buy this blender. it quit working the VERY FIRST TIME I used it. Then it didnt want to come off of the base and when i went to twist it, my smoothie came pouring out from the bottom of the jar all over the counter and floor. I can see where the bottom detaching would be convenient for cleaning purposes, but it makes it hard to get the container off the base while keeping he product inside the container. I've never regretted a purchase so much.

Right around the 4 month mark, it started giving me trouble: it would start overheating if I used it for more than a minute or so (The power button blinks when it's overheated). Then, about a month later it started just shutting off entirely after about a minute (no blinking light), and the only way to get it to start blending again was to unplug it and wait 20 seconds and plug it back in. This second symptom was not overheating -- overheating can't be fixed by unplugging it, when you plug it back in it should still be just as hot and not start -- so I don't know what causes it. Now, 8 months in, it won't blend for more than 3-5 seconds before shutting off and needing to be unplugged. I wish I had known how bad it would be back when it was in the 90 day return window so I could have gotten my money back, there's no way this was worth 50 bucks.David

Manufacturer wanted me to destroy a perfectly good blender to then send me another, rather than just send me the missing cover. Now, I don't have a cover because I refused to be that utterly wasteful. I'm left to improvise (sigh) SMHRobert

Rubber drive piece on bottom of jar often slips in the base making a horrible loud whirring noise especially on "Smoothie" mode. Other modes seem O.K. Maybe a metal or hard plastic part would solve the problem? Like the glass jar and easy to clean. Lid can be tough on/off , at least it won't be flying off during operation. Taller then expected likely won't fit under cabinets on counter top put together. Overall decent machine for the price. Sadly, not what I was hoping in term of decibels .Missy

I do ice cream shakes in this and smoothies. So for that purpose this is a great blender. And it is much quieter than our old one when you are blending a 'full load' in the jar. I have autistic kids in the house that are noise sensitive so I got it for the quiet feature. I also like the number of blades this one has. It does a great job making a shake consistently smooth, no lumps of ice cream. You turn it onto the Shake setting and it blends a few seconds and stops a few seconds for a few times. Then the blender blends faster on and off a few times. When is starts the faster blending I stop and it is a great shake. It takes less than a minute to blend a perfect shake.CLW51

My second time using it was a disappointment. It turned on but the blades just stop working. Buying this for $50 is like flushing $50 in the toilet. I'm looking for the receipt so I can return it . Such a useless noisy blender .Yolna
