I upgraded
This has much more suction than my former, older model. New one is more expensive but I wanted something that worked well so I didn't have to replace it. I really love it! I'm impressed that when I used it to pick up crumbs, on carpet, that it left a suction path like an upright.

Not worth the money
I've used it a handful of times over the year I've had it. I wanted to give it a good amount of use and use it for more than my car before writing a review. Turns out it doesn't have great suction no matter where it's used. It's ordinary at best. I could have saved money by buying a cheaper brand and had the same sub par quality. I would not purchase another in the future

    Good quality
    I really like this cordless handheld vacuum! Not heavy but durable. Good suction and the filter and canister is washable. Gave 4 stars because the battery doesn't last too long. But, it's rechargeable so it's all good. I would recommend this product. Great product for the price!

    Great handheld vacuum
    I love this 16v handheld vacuum. I have use it daily for two weeks now.It is great for crevices, counters, picking up pet hair with brush, doing a quick vacuum touch up of floors and carpets, and so convenient for stairs. Very easy to clean canister and wash filter. Charging is also easy ( just remember to disconnect/remove the suction tube so unit balances properly on charging plate). Don't be rough clipping the suction tube on. So far, I am thrilled with this product and happy I held out for 16v model handheld vacuum rather than the others at 12v or less. The crevice too is so handy.

    Poorly designed.
    Terribly designed charger. The vacuum cleaner perches vertically on it. It rocks. It can fall over and crash at the slightest touch. It can break in the fall or be dangerous. This is "cheap" at its utmost. The wall hanger was missing altogether, but from the diagrams it is hard see if the cleaner can be charging while it hangs. Probably not, so what's the point? The two pieces, the body and the nozzle, are nearly impossible to line up evenly and stably. I've had a lot of experience with Black

    Great Dust Buster model. Powerful. Convenient.
    This is my favorite Dust Buster. I've owned many. It's powerful. Attachments are attached; retract or fold. Batt. life is better but 15 mins is still too short. It is pretty loud; still usable. Flimsy recharging base. Lasted about 3 years then suddenly got way too loud. Already have a new one!

    Great portable vacuum!
    (This review was collected as part of a promotion.) Great update of the older model. More powerful. Much better battery life and charging system. Larger dirt storage. Easy to use and hold. Only drawback is the loud motor.

    Good item, could be a bit more convenient.
    This is a very good hand held cordless vac. Much more powerful than the low end models even of the same brand name. Also has an off/on switch that doesn't require you to keep pushing switch. Only thing that would be nice is an alternative charger station so unit could be hung from the wall in a a closet

    Amazing Cordless Vaccum
    This is our 2nd Black and Decket dustbuster Cordless vaccum. I did not even want to try another company of vaccum. I know exactly what this one does, it picks up small particules of food. For us the first one lasted at least 3 years. I would qualify this vaccum as ''Amazing and a hard worker''.

    Black Decker Cordless Handheld Vacuum
    This little vac has good suction power, and is so handy to use. I use it to clean areas that I never thought about. Great for blinds, window seals, baseboards, lamp shades, mattresses, quick vacuum in bathroom, and so many other uses. I no longer have to plug my vacuum and drag it around for small cleanups. Love it.

    This is the second identical vacuum I bought. The first one lasted about 4 years, the battery started to die, the motor was ok but with little power. It would be good they would do this product with a battery that could be replaced. Actually I bought a 20V Black
