Don't change the name
I hate that the name of the product is going to change. It has been the same since I was a child and many years before that as well. If it ain't broke don't fix it and the name was not broken.

Good mix but shipping
Didnt received the correct size or quantity that I ordered. I got a huge box but only one and now I cannot give the other box to whom I purchase it for. Very inconvenient.

    Love it for pancakes. Makes a great breakfast. Add it to stews to thicken the broth and make brown grave with the Buttermike Aunt Jemima flour. EPL

    Great product!
    My grandkids love it! I make waffles with this for my granddaughter who is allergic to eggs. Great product! Ive even made glazed donuts with it. She is 3 and never tasted a donut because of her allergies.

    I'm just glad they have this in stock because it's my favorite pancake mix and I cant find it anywhere else. On top of that you get a big box for a great price. They even put a plastic bag around it so bugs and what not doesnt get into it while in transit.

    bigger box than i thought. really good when prepared on non stick griddle. frying pans dont do well so always use a electric griddle. A special trick I use is sparkling water. some have peach flavors or other strawberry but plain sparkling water helps it to rise.

    Weak sister!
    Been buying and enjoying this just add water Buttermilk mix for years, both versions. Just mix with water, let it rise up for about twenty minutes and then watch 'em rise in the pan, idiot proof and delicious. But this king size box, the 80oz. is a disaster, the product seems kinda deflated. there's no oomph to it, either in the rising or the cooking. Clearly old product, maybe some leftover food service stuff. Hate to throw food out but this stuff bakes up weird. Stick to the smaller size and no doubt, fresher, boxes.

    Yummy and Easy
    We love this mix. We like thick, half inch, pancakes so I don't really follow the instructions, lol. I pour a large amount into a large mixing bowl. Then I add enough water to make a thick dough. It's too thick to pour. Then I let the mixture sit until it rises. I cook in a non-stick until browned and done thru the center. Love with pancake syrup and butter. Yummy, yummy.
