PREPPER PREPPER PREPPER
This is a great product for preppers or for those who like to keep extra food on hand for emergencies or for your year supply of food. Sometimes when getting your supplies in order, you forget the "hidden" items you need. These potatoes make a great side dish or to extend the amount of other foods that you have. They re-hydrate quickly and are very tasty, like a potato should be. Many of these products take what could be a bland, blah and tasteless ordeal and turns it into a "gourmet" meal. It's the little "homey" touches that could turn a horrible catastrophe into a tolerable experience. I know that I will be making many more purchases of these items in the future, if there is one...

Tiny, tiny, tiny
Very disappointed in the size. Based on the photos shown I believed these would be small chunks of potato. In reality, these tiny cooked pieces average 1/4" square, by 1/16" high. I did enjoy them in some potato soup and some green chile stew, so, the taste is better than I expected, but they are tiny pieces. I will buy again because of the taste, but . . . . .

    Great for breakfast burritos
    The small dices are perfect for making breakfast burritos, hash browns and in soups. I like dehydrated potatoes better than freeze dried potatoes.They have better texture and flavor. They do take longer to rehydrate but their worth the wait.

    dehydrated diced potatoes
    Every time i wiukd buy regular potayoes tgey would spoil befor i got then used up. So. i tried these dehydeated diced poratoes. They are fantastic! I made cheesy potato soup recently and if I hadn't of made the soup myself I would have said that they were freshly chopped up. I highly recommend these diced potatoes. I have already ordered more bc they are so good.

    Perfect for my needs!
    Very tasty! I cooked mine in the microwave with water only and then tasted it before adding any spices. It was delicious. I'm glad I bought several cans. This will be really yummy in all of my camping dishes!!! No more lugging around those heavy potatoes. I will be buying more for long-term storage also.

    Keep On Hand At All Times
    We never keep less than one can in backup. We use every few days and taste is good. Taste is as good as fresh and no waste. Always end up throwing away a few of the fresh bagged ones. Money in the trash. Easy to fix, play with water amount and amount of potatoes used. Our past use tells us serving size is more than they suggest and we are small folks.

    These potatoes are great. I cooked them one evening and refrigerated until the next morning-- ready to brown in skillet for breakfast.

    good stuff
    I wait till they go on sale, which is quite often, and save a lot more. Can do a lot with these, they are so easy to prepare, and good in all dishes so far. I am disabled, can't peel potatoes, so this is awesome.
