Great tasting milk.
This milk is really good nonfat milk, better than the nonfat milk in a carton. I add it as is to oatmeal and also to coffee for a nice extra boost of protein and calcium. It's great for drinking too.

    Very Fine Product
    I've had several brands of powdered milk over the years and on a taste basis, this is easily as good or better than all I've had and that includes Carnation. No-one should expect these powders to mix fully by simply using a spoon or shaker. I use a portable hand mixer and there are no clumps what-so-ever when I finish a ten second mix. The reason for the hand mixer is because I also drink protein shakes and when mixing any powder I don't want clumps to spoil the entire drink. There's nothing worse than drinking milk or a protein shake and getting a clump of unmixed powder. I always chill the milk before drinking, unless I'm going to have a 'honey' milk. I mix the milk, heat it in the microwave for 2 minutes and then add a tablespoon of all natural honey. Add some cinnamon to top it off and you're ready to go!! Highly Recommended!!

    I've used dehydrated food products for many years and this one costs half what popular dehydrated suppliers sell, and the quality is equal or better. I've recently been trying out other Auguson Farm products and have been finding that to be the rule with their other products too. In baking, powdered eggs and milks are superior to fresh and easier to use. No refrigeration is required and you've always got eggs and milk on hand for a new recipe. Other products make for no more waste of money on produce that goes bad in the fridge when your meal plans change. And makes for a very fast and easy throw together crock pot soup or stew too. This company is presenting a superior product at cheaper prices.

    Best tasting powdered milk I ever tasted
    Definitely much better than the powdered milk you find in most grocery stores. Extremely close in flavor to a regular carton of milk. I mix up the recommended amount of powder and water to prepare two quarts of milk in a plastic container at night, let it get cold in the refrigerator, and then enjoy it on cereal in the morning, a glass of milk with lunch, etc. I hate grocery shopping so it's great to have a big supply of this instant nonfat dry milk on hand and just mix it up a few times during the week so I never run out of milk.

    Tastes great
    I made up a glass of Augason Farms (AF) dry milk and the grocery store dry milk (GS). Right off the smell of the GS was awful and the AF was neutral. Put them in the fridge for several hours and taste tested. The AF was more like fresh milk although it had a hint of the dry milk taste. I could drink a glass of the AF while I would never drink the GS by itself.

    Great milk
    This is the best powdered milk I have ever used.. I mixed according to the directions and it was the closest thing to fresh milk I have experienced.. I am retired Army and I have experienced all kinds of milk products: UHT milk; canned milk from France; evaporated milk; powdered milk; milk produced by the USN from de-salinated sea water off the coast of RVN. All these had a metallic or "grassy" after taste. I could detect no after taste in the Augason Farms brand.

    Great Product
    I have bought this product before and it is really good. My thoughts on dry milk products were always those products are horrible, I could never get past the smell of them after they were mixed up. This is a great product, you could put this in gallon milk jug and I doubt if to many people would know that it was not the real thing. Will keep buying as long as the quality stays where it is, a great long term item to have on the shelf.

    This is the best tasting powder milk I've ever drank! I hated the stuff we had to drink as a kid. This is nothing like it at all. I use this and/or the Moo milk on a daily basis. I will never buy milk at the grocers' again. The best part is I can make as much or as little as I want and not waste anything. I had a problem with the fresh milk spoiling before I could use it all. Not a problem with this!

    I receive the product and to the cans had a damage however all I had to do is contact the customer service at Wal-Marts and they replaced the two cans this milk is very good I only use 3 cups of this product to make 1 gallon of milk if anybody is hesitant over look it very good company very good product this is the best one on the market I have tried and having a 25 year shelf life
