An excellent solution for the 'Sweet Tooth'!
Had I known how good it is, I would have ordered more. I was just curious about it - and I don't even like cinnamon! It goes great with a cup pf coffee as a breakfast solution for folks on the run or like me, retired and eating according to Atkins for many years!

    A great bar to take with my medications @ bedtime.
    I have to take medications with food 1 hour before bedtime. I can eat a Cinnamon Bun Bar with the medications and it does not interfere with my sleep. Also just a great snack.

    great flavor
    love this bar for breakfast with a cup of coffee. Have a hard time finding this in the stores. Peanut Butter granola is also good .

    Great Deal with Cinnamon Bars
    Ordered several boxes of cinnamon bars (no almonds in bars) for relative on dialysis. These cinnamon bars are very difficult to find in local stores. The order arrived at home in few days. Expiration date on boxes were 9 months and 10 months expiration time. Will definitely order again!

    Great Choice!
    Very good taste. Atkins meal bars are a MUST HAVE on the road to success! I have now been on Atkins for 15mo straight with no lapses and have went from 300lb to 212, most of that done in the first 6-7 months. Have to maintain the low carb lifestyle to keep it off though, high carb foods just don't exist as an option for me, like it is dog food, just off limits. Good Luck! Other favorite bars; Cookie Dough and Chocolate Chip Granola Bar.

    I don't particularly care for the taste of this as they stack up against the other choices for breakfast flavors but will buy them occasionally for a change of pace. A little too sweet for me and too large. I might tolerate them more if they were smaller and sold at the lesser price of the other breakfast bars.

    good for Breakfast!
    With Adkins breakfast bar products seemingly harder and harder to find, I purchased this product thinking it might be a good breakfast bar. It is a little higher than I would like in its caloric content (210) but does provide 16 grams of protein with only 1 gram of sugar and 3 net carbs. It also tastes good and is easily digestible. I will continue to purchase this item for breakfast until it disappears as some of my past favorites!

    Delicious, Quick and easy breakfast bars!
    We purchased the cinnamon bun bars from Atkins as part of a package deal through Walmart. We had been on the Atkins diet for three weeks and decided it was time to add some new choices. The bars arrived and were all delicious! we liked them all and will probably order more as it is cheaper To get them through walmart than to order them from Atkins.
