Comfortable yoga mat
This Athletic Works Two Tone Fitness Mat, 10mm, 72inx24in, Dark /Light Blue, NBR Foam, Two Tone Color, Non Slip provides the perfect platform when doing my yoga and stretching exercises. The 72inx24in has plenty of space to move around on which is great. This mat feels very soft and padded. I've been doing my yoga from home lately, so when doing exercises on my hard floors, this really makes it a lot more comfortable and it doesn't slip around. It feels very stable to work off of. I like the pretty and bright two tone blue color. The texture on the mat helps with providing grip when doing balance exercises. It's just thick enough, but not too thick and foamy that it doesn't interfere with giving me a sound base to work off of. The mat is flexible and rolls up easily. The carrying strap is very useful. It helps keeps the mat rolled up and makes it more convenient when toting around. It stores away nicely without taking up a lot of space standing up on its side. It feels well-made and durable and seems like it would hold up to a lot of different weights. I would recommend it.

Nice and cushy. I'm a thin chicken bone, so my bones only have a thin layer of skin between them and my wood floor. I needed something thick to cushion my bones when I do floor exercises and this works great! I docked a star because the "carrying strap" slides off too easily for it to realistically be used to carry it easily.

    I absolutely love the ridges the mat has, the thickness of the mat helps a lot with my back and knees when doing yoga. The mat is also long, I'm 5'1 and fit perfectly.

    Athletic Works Two Tone Fitness Mat is a thick durable high quality mat that cushioned my workout session perfectly. I do yoga, pilates, and light cardio with it and was pleased with how this mat saved my back and joints from pressure and absorbed shock. It rolls up neatly and easily for storage and travel. This mat is the perfect size for most fitness activities, its pretty large in length and width. I like how its non slip and has good traction with the floor, to prevent from sliding and accidental injury. My mat is going to be around for a long time, I can tell. I'm very satisfied with my Athletics Works mat and will be purchasing other fitness items from this brand.

    Just what I was looking for
    This fitness mat is just what I was looking for! It is very comfortable to sit, kneel, and do any kind of exercise on. The mat stays in place and I don't have to worry about slipping on it. It is large enough to lay on and so most exercises. The material is easy to wipe down after using as well. When I'm done using it, I roll it up and put it in the carrying strap. Great mat, highly recommend!

    Not the first yoga mat I've own, but the first one that fits all of me. I'm 6' tall and I'm able to have both my head and feet comfortably on the mat. There is something about having a uniform surface underneath all of you that feeds into the sense of place. The extra cushion under the joints, especially my knees is much appreciated. This is right in the middle of cushion levels, between the fabric mats that compress too easily and hard rubber mats that don't compress enough. I would say perfect for the range exercises that I do on a mat. Quality seems good with the foam being sturdy like that you find in a hobby-craft mat able to take some abuse and mend itself. It comes with an elastic strap to hold and carry, which works for throwing it over one shoulder, backpack style. I'm still sliding it back into its circular packaging paper label for added protection. Overall, much better than my previous mats. Doubles as camping mat for sleeping on the ground.

    comfortable for yoga
    The Athletic Works Two-Tone Fitness Mat is very comfortable to use for yoga and working out. I love the blue color, but more importantly, this is better to use than being on carpet or hard surfaces. It is 6 feet long so I have plenty of space on it for the length (I am 5'4). It is 2 feet wide and 10mm thick which is a little less than 1/2 an inch and made of NBR foam. The cushioning is very nice and it is textured so there is a less likely chance of slipping. The carry strap isn't the greatest though. It works to keep the mat rolled up but the straps slip if it isn't supported so I just hold this under my arm. There is no way to adjust the strap to make it tighter on its own. The mat is lightweight so it isn't bad to carry. As expected, this isn't machine washable, but there are instructions to use 2 cups of water with 4 drops of dish soap and use a cloth to wipe the mat down, making sure to remove all the soap. Afterward it can be laid own or hang to dry. Overall, this is a nice mat.

    Perfect Fitness Mat for Exercising!
    I really love this Athletic Works Two Tone Fitness Mat! The quality is amazing and the 10mm thickness is really plush and perfect for stretching and exercising. It doesn't hurt my joints at all when I use it on my tile floor and it's super easy to roll up and store in the closet. I like the rippled texture because it keeps me from slipping when I'm stretching or doing other exercises. It's also very easy to clean with just a simple spray and wipe. The length is awesome and allows me to stretch out completely without going off the mat at any point. I like the dual tone sides and the added stability this fitness mat provides. My kids even like to use it and do their exercises now that we are doing online school at home, which includes PE class. It's perfect for them because it has extra traction and length so they can have fun while being safe at the same time. It makes working out much more comfortable and safe. It's perfect to use either at home or outside the home as it is very lightweight and portable! I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a great quality fitness mat!

    Great to soften the impact during HIIT workouts
    We received this Athletic Works Two Tone Fitness Mat right on time for distance learning PE classes. My daughter's PE teacher has them doing HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) video classes and this mat helps absorb some of the shock of all the jumping on her hardwood floor. She also uses it for her own stretching routine. The 10mm thickness is good—a little thicker than some of my past yoga mats, but not too thick that it doesn't roll into a compact roll. It's great that it comes with the carrying case for neat storage—it rolls up easily and the black carryiing strap allows it to stay neat. Her last mat was always thrown in the corner of her bedroom all flopped over, this one stays in a neat roll. I like that it has the gentle ridges in the mat for grip and to help not slip around. My son may use it for his push ups too because he's always sliding around trying to do them on the hardwood floors. I also love that there is no heavy chemical smell! I've ordered yoga mats before that had a strong chemical smell and this one does not. Overall we're very happy with this mat. Good quality.

    I loved this mat
    I really really love this yoga mat. I started beachbody about 1.5 years ago and need a mat for alot and this one is great. Its so long which is the best part of it as alot of mats you can't fully lay out on and stretch to do alot of the moves. Another great feature of this one is how soft it is and absorbent, I use to go to the gym and there mats are very similar to this one with how the feel is and i absolutely love it . Its a two tone mat which isn't a huge benefit but looks cool one side is a darker blue and other side light blue . Only downfall is it likes to roll up at the ends which kinda annoys me . I have 2 yoga mats one from just five below and another from Amazon and this one is by far my favorite one .
