Great lightweight stable yoga mat
When I first unwrapped the Athletic Works yoga mat I was a bit skeptical since it was a thinner mat than the one I use at the gym. One of the edges of the mat was curled but I put a damp cloth underneath the corner and placed a book on top and a few hours later it was fine. I never had the problem again after rolling and unrolling the mat daily. I took it to the gym and was happy that I had my own mat and did not have to worry about cleanliness of gym mats. Yes, it was indeed thinner than the gym mats which I thought would be an issue. I was wrong. The Athletic Works mat stuck to the carpet and did not slip. I felt very stable the entire time. I thought I would lose some cushy feel that the thicker mat provided but this mat was very comfortable. I no longer had to worry about sliding around on the mats as I did on the thicker cushier ones I used before. I felt totally stable in all the yoga positions. Also, a big plus is how lightweight it is. I never wanted my own mat because I did not want another thing to lug into the gym but this mat is so lightweight, it is not a big deal to add it to my gym bag. I also used it on my tile floor at home and it is stable and sticks well to the tile as well as the carpet. I normally like bright colors for exercise equipment. However, I think my feet are generally clean, I have seen light colored mats looking pretty dingy and dirty looking. This Athletic Works mat is dark gray and so I so I don't think wear and tear and spots of dirt will be as apparent. I learned quickly that thicker and brighter is not always better!

Big crease on the mat
I'm super annoyed. The mat was just shipped and there was already a big crease on it. Can't get rid of it.

    Meet all my needs
    Get it while it's on sale. I use it as an alternative cat litter mat for my cats since all litter mats available on the market are way too small and not for multi-cats. The mat unrolled flat, no odor, just the right thickness for me.

    I have a senior aging dog that falls on the Hardwood and ceramic floor. These yoga mats were just okay They are super thin, although they serve my purpose here, I certainlywouldnt recommend them for doing yoga. As they slip around on the floor. IveAs they slip around on the floor. Ive had to go and buy adhesive tapeSo that we and my dog would not slip on them as they move very easily

    Nice Mat. Has a little stickiness and is comfortably thick and easy to transport. Does not slip. However, please note PVC isn't an Eco-friendly. It is worth to put into consideration

    Basic mat, meets my needs.
    Basic mat, as described, that fit my non-yoga needs. Lots of website inaccuracies related to inventory available made it a purchase far more troublesome than it needed to be.

    Great Yoga Mat
    This yoga mat is soft, textured so it doesn't slip and super lightweight. It is perfect for travel and on-the-go! This is a thin mat at 3 mm so it works great for a nonslip surface. It is made from 100% PVC foam. Mat measures 68 inches by 24 inches. I like the fact that it is easy to store when not in use!

    Hi. I received my yoga mat. It will work n do the job. Myself, I'd prefer one a lil thicker. This is 3mm on thickness. It's 69" long. More then long enough 4 Yoga and/or floor exercises.

    No cushion, not durable.
    I have had a yoga mat for 5 years and thought this would be a replacement. Nope. This matt is so thin that you must use it on carpet. If you use it on a hard surface there is no cushion. You might as well stand on a towel. This mat reminds me of my kitchen cabinet liners. While it was on my tile floor, my dog walked on it. Her paws put holes in this mat. The mat started to come apart. I will put two pictures to show how thin and how it has started to come apart.
