Safe to purchase here, very pleased!
So happy I purchased through this seller. The phone I purchase is literally in PERFECT condition. No scratches, no marks, no cracks! Just received today and will update if anything changes, but I am very pleased. Oh and it came in 1-day I was shocked. Thank you!

    Lots of time.
    The wrong serial number was on the unlocked phone could not put a Sim card in right away.Called the Apple company to get it straightened out. This was purchased through a third-party so they didn't do their job .

    Worst ever
    I had to return the phone and now they charged me because the phone was stolen on the way back to them. I am a honest and good customer. It is the last time I buy with them and Walmart. I will make sure I tell this to as many people as possible.

    Cracked screen and over used IDs
    Bought this for a Christmas gift for my foster daughter. She cried when she opened it but I was very disappointed. The screen had a small crack in it. When I tried setting up the Apple ID it kept saying the phone had been used with to many apple ids. I also had a hard time getting apps to download. It took me hours to finally get this thing going for her. I choose not to return it because she was so excited I didn't want to take it back from her but I was not impressed.

    Defective item and cant contact seller
    I bought this phone as a backup to use for a work account while working out of country. I received the item on June 10th, June 11th I fully set it up and before Im halfway through setting up the phone the button starts getting extremely hot to the touch.. contact seller with no response. I wait several days as I dont need the phone quite yet, try again and its dead (low battery mode in a cool dry place with no usage).. charge it and try again. Start setting up apps that Ill be using and it gets warm but not as bad but I notice the battery life is terrible, fully charged it and its at 20% within 10 minutes. Contacted seller again, no response.. Finally need to use the phone for work and it is worthless. Battery life is worse now somehow and its blazing hot to the touch within minutes of starting up. Most apps do not work even though theyre compatible and it doesnt open or close apps properly, speaker is wonky, and consistently rejects the T-Mobile SIM card.. try an international SIM card.. rejects it and have to re-log (full Apple ID) in every time the phone screen turns off and on. Contacted seller again for a third time today now that Im back stateside after not being able to use the phone at all since arrival of item.
