Awful experience
Awful! The phone came with scratches and it was NOT UNLOCKED. After hours spent trying to get the phone up and running (even ordered a new SIM card), my service provider informed me that the seller sent me a locked phone and it would not work. Incredibly frustrating experience.

    The phone arrived early. It is in pristine condition, activated with no issues, and performs perfectly. Battery capacity 81%, about as expected.

    Accurate.
    The unit hearing section was loaded with dirt. It was packed in the hearing section and had to be removed by a tooth brush. it toke about 10 minutes of hard work. My brother needed a new phone and I gave it to him. I am now looking for another phone. It won't be from that company.

    Great phone at a great price
    This is a great phone, I am using it as a secondary phone so not heavy use but I am very pleased with it. The phone was in new condition and I would buy it again if needed.

    Am I the only one who got what I paid for?
    I bought a grade A refurbished iPhone 8 and my the 3rd party seller was Vovoya Inc. I looked at the reviews for the company and all one star no one got what they paid for. I was worried I was gonna get a phone in terrible condition, a completely different phone, or even no phone at all. I got what I paid for though the phone is in good condition, speakers are wonderful, battery life not the best. The few things I seen bad about it was the maximum battery capacity, you could see where the last person had their case, and where whoever had it didn't no how to put the charger in. Other than that it's great speakers are dirty but can be cleaned and it even came with a pre installed screen protector. 4 stars from me idk what happened to everyone else but nothing bad is wrong with mine...yet

    Be cautious in buying refurbished phones
    I bought the phone and then discovered that the battery had been degraded. It was brand new and I had to spend an additional $49 at the Apple Store to get the battery. It took five days for the battery to come in. So overall I was not happy to buy a new product that was refurbished and still have to fix it.

    Overall a good phone for the price definitely grade A can't wait to connect it. Didn't come with original  charger But everything works good so far. Case was not provided this is my personal case on picture.

    Not A Good Idea
    I should have read the other reviews before buying. I bought this as a present for my little sister and not even a week later the phone was not holding a charge. We just thought it was the charger. We switched out many different brands of chargers and nothing worked. We even bought a brand new apple charger from the apple store and the phone would not charge. We let the phone sit and charge for two whole days and nothing. The phone would charge to 10 percent and once you take it off the charger it would work like any other iPhone and then black screen because the battery died. I'm not going to bash the company because this was just an excited purchase but I won't recommend purchasing anything before reading thoroughly through the reviews.

    Pretty Good!
    The phone works very well, has a good battery and everything. Only reason I rated 4 stars instead of 5 was because after I had set it up the screen didn't work but after I force restarted it it worked completely fine which would have nice before hand, but other than that it was completely fine

    Grade A disappointment
    When I read that the conditions of the phone was grade A, I wanted to buy it. But upon receipt, the screen is very scratched. That made me feel really bad.

    bad battery
    i do not recommend this or any other product from this seller, at the ítem description they said that all the products are well test and proved wich is nit true, i bought this phone for brand name price but the quality is not good at all, the battery life time is inferior what is suppose to be i have to changed after been using it for 2 week.
