    The condition was great but the processing speed was pretty slow/delayed. It was too old to support the current or even close to current iOS so I was unable to download normal apps for my son like YouTube or Netflix. This was not mentioned in the description at all.

    Cant update, discontinued.
    I ordered two of these they are too old to update. Other than that they are great its apple but sadly discontinued. Get the new mini its awesome.

    Do not buy this
    I know it's refurbished and cheap. But it's condition is really bad. It seems like that someone used it for a long time. It has lots of dent, lots of scratches especially around the charging area and no box. I have been using my ipad for 10 years but mine is not like that. I purchased it on my son's teacher's request but I can not give her such that thing. I'm gonna return it. I wasted my time on such a junk.

    NOTE: This tablet has iOS 9.3.5. Huh! Forget about installing Pandora ios 10.0, or Netflix iOS 10.0 or higher required for many other apps.

    quality 32gb is more then enough
    first off apple is the only product i buy for phone and tablet it works great since day one i got 32gb and its been more then enough for space to hold apps video and photos and still function at a good speed with no crashing . Ive owned 16gb and its not enough space so i always go 32 and up for all y devices the touch quality is like no other and ive tryed them all samsung.,motorola , hp ,lg still cant touch apple and never will you want quality this is it

    Great product - Misleading description
    Don't get the rating wrong. An iPad mini is a five star product and Walmart delivered within two days! But: It is advertised as "with AT&T" so you assume it comes with a SIM card. It is not. So even though you conveniently chose to order online, you still have to go out and find a card and contract yourself - which is a major fail, since it was the reason for me to order from website. I am still satisfied with the product itself. It is refurbished but came packed exactly like a brand new product. I guess only apple employees could tell the difference.

    I specifically purchased a mini WiFi & AT&T cellular model as I already have an At&T account for my first generation iPad. However when I launched my new mimi I was quickly disappointed as it did not come with a sim card. Why even specify the carrier on the product description if it doesn't ship with the proper carrier sim card? Now I have to find an AT&T store local to me that may still have one...at Christmas time, when the mall areas are swamped... the whole reason for ordering online was to avoid going to the malls or the surrounding area. Epic fail. On the flip side I love the size of the mini. Function is there & the smaller size fits nicely in my purse.
