Purchased for a Christmas Gift came w/a weird looking charger that would get hot when plugged in. The device was/is defective. They don't have a great return/replace policy. Don't purchase from them

    Expected more for what I paid
    Upset it doesn't say this is a refurbished iPad when I shop at Wal-Mart I'm expecting they only sell new merchandise

    Works for me
    You would never know this iPad was preowned. It has all the functionality of the latest model and is perfect if you don't require a lot of storage. Given that I bought it to use mainly on travel, it exactly fits my needs.

    Great for a refurb
    First, the company shipped this thing fast. It showed up two days after ordered. After receiving his refurbished iPad I charged it up for a few minutes and it powered up with absolutely no hesitation. This thing was in perfect condition.

    Refurbished Ipad- Great Choice
    Why buy new-- only to find your ipad doesnot work right? Save money and buy refurbished instead and have confidence that whatever manufacturer defects have been fixed. Plus when you do it with Walmart, you know the company will still be there down the road, if there is a further problem with the ipad. My son's old ipad was replaced with this ipad air 2. Not a scratch on it. Worked first time beautifully. Son is very pleased as is his father, the buyer. Fast shipping too. Picked up at Walmart store 2 miles away rather than having it shipped to house and be delivered when no one was home. Teriffic product, great on-line price, fast shipping, my choice for in-store pickup, and retailer one can trust to stand behind the sale down the road. 5 stars for sure!

    I have had this for nearly a year now. I use my IPad everyday. Even though it was "refurbished", it looked just like new and absolutely no problems.

    There are iPads and then there are.... iPads
    My wife had the equivalent of a Commodore 61computor (I think it came with a blue horn). It was an ORIGINAL, First generation... cutting edge, iPad. The 'cutting edge' part was to be replaced with many "sigh" and "Ah, geeze".... and many other sounds, not appropriate to utter around children. The frustration of being told that her iPad could not support what she was working on nor searching for. The constant 'drops' of web pages, etc. made the woman sometimes..... (pick an unpleasant mood.) With her birthday came the annual, 'What can I get for the girl of my dreams?' This is a tough one; she has a newer blender. Same is true for the vacuum! I was leaning toward a new set of spatulas (silicone coated!) Then a high pitched, "What is with you?" was heard.... she was yelling at the iPad. Hmmm. After talking with my two grown sons, it was recommended to get the Apple Air2 16 w/Wi-Fi. Then frugal son (He takes after me!) said, go the refurbished route and save about $100. I did. (I also picked up the extended warrantee.) My wife was 'over the moon' with the iPad. "This is the best birthday, ever" was heard. And with the $$ I saved, her Christmas spatulas, I am sure, will make for another special day.
