No difference to new
Product arrived quickly in well protected box. No instructions but fortunately this isn't my first I pad so switched it on, went through simple on screen set up and up and running in 15 minutes. Item has no marks and performs exactly the same as a new item for half the price. Very pleased with product and service.

    Horrible
    When I received my iPad, I couldn't log in, it was in a different language! It's all a hassle, burden, and I would recommend no one buy this. It's a waste of money! I can't believe Walmart sells items that do not work! I will never buy anything else!

    Awful! Would not recommend
    I ordered this with the impression/and written in the description that I was getting an iPad 5th generation but upon receiving it it's an iPad Air which is the very first one that came out. I will be filing a complaint with Walmart since I used there website to order this.

    I would not recommend. I bought this as a birthday gift for my daughter and she can't even play games on it because it just keeps kicking her out. It's kinda pointless to have when you can't use it.

    Okay so I revived mines today..it's taking a long time to charge(maybe I just need to be patient) but it has no stratches or dents like I heard from other reviews .

    I had an iPad 2 that was on its last days....so I was pleased to find the iPad Air on a good sale via Walmart. I received it on time, and now have all my apps and info downloaded. (The iPad Air made it so easy and FAST)!! If you're in the market for a new iPad.....I highly recommend the iPad Air

    Not great from the start
    The item look really .But when I turn it on it had no sound.so contacted the supplier and spent the next four hour at apple.The sound is fix now but I was bit dissaponit that I had to go thru all of that.

    Reluctant at first
    I was reluctant at first to buy a refurbished iPad but after seeing the one that my son had bought and reading reviews, which I really go by, I purchased my refurbished iPad Air and it looks and acts just like a brand new one..... I love it! I have only had it for a couple of weeks, but from what I am seeing so far it was a great buy!
