Poor microphone experience
The microphone doesn't work when I FaceTime or make calls no one can hear me, and I can't hear the Other person on the other end, it sounds muffled. When I record videos or voice memos I can't hear the sound. Everything else is alright

    The descriptions are accurate and honest
    So I was scared to purchase this. I got this for my 15 year old daughter for Christmas. When I got it, it was shipped in a plastic bag mailer which was disappointing because it could have been damaged pretty easily but thankfully wasn't. When I opened it to make sure there was no damage i saw that it didn't come in an apple box, which was ok since I knew it was a refurbished phone. It also came with a very short charger (chord was like 5 inches long) so I had to buy a different one. There were obvious wear and tear signs on the back of the phone like scratches and even dirt/gunk around the back camera area where the previous owner had its phone case. But I knew these things were a possibility when I purchased it. The descriptions are very clear on the website. The phone itself works very well and was able to get turned on with my daughter's carrier (boost mobile). It did not come with a sim card though. I would purchase from this company if I need to. I would also recommend this company to anyone looking for a reliable seller. I can't comment on customer service because I didn't need to reach out to them. Shipping was very fast the only complaint I have is what it was shipped in. They could have shipped it in a box with lots if paper and bubble wrap to ensure a safe delivery but it wasn't damaged so I can't complain too much on that.

    Packed very well and the product even came with a screen protector! Runs well without any operating glitches. The body has a few minor scratches but barely noticeable even when I placed a clear case. Overall I'm satisfied!

    I recommend this phone!
    I was very happy with this phone! It was exactly what it was supposed to be. I was surprised that it was actually 128 GB for the price. There are a couple of songs on the back which is perfectly fine because no on will ever see because I put a case on it. It's refurbished, so I was expecting the worst, but that was nothing. The screen is immaculate and that's what really counts. It was really unlocked, so I put my Straight Talk SIM card right in and it immediately works. If I ever break this one, I know where I will go to replace it. It is also a bigger phone as I had the iPhone SE prior to this one.
