    breaks are ridiculous
    returning as the breaks will not adjust properly. i have never bought anything that the customer had to install the breaks. I have no desire to have to pay a professional to get the breaks to work properly.

    Had to put the brakes on this one.
    It's a good design but low quality materials. The brakes were impossible to fix right and didn't come assembled right. So we had to return it.

    Outstanding shipping
    The shipping was outstanding, all the parts were there, but I put it together wrong and took a tumble when the back wheel came off! So I took it to the neighborhood bike shop and they put it together the right way. I'm 65 years old, and this is so much fun!

    Braking, steering and balance
    So glad this scooter is an option! We have a 10 year old with some motor skill delays who refuses to practice riding a bike. I love that he can use this scooter to master the basics of two-hand braking, steering and balance -- all-the-while being on a trick-ready, solidly-built scooter that holds it's own in coolness factor. I know our 12-year old will also love it once she's able to get her hands on it!

    Brought this scooter for my 11 year old son who wanted to upgrade his old scooter which he had out grown. My purchase arrived on time and hassle free. Assembly was straight forward if you've ever had a bike (brake adjustments) but if your unsure though could always go to your local bike shop and fir a small cost have them assemble it.

    Excellent for adults!
    The colour is lovely and overall its a really nice looking scooter that feels much higher quality than the price would suggest. I'm 38 and am enjoying using it to get fit...its tough but really fun. The scooter was much bigger than I had imagined from the given dimensions so it really is a fine size for an adult or teen.

    Great scooter. Garbage instructions.
    Arrived on time. Everything was in the box. Purchases for my 8 year old 90th-100th percentile son. He weighs 105lbs at 54" tall and fits perfectly. It even held my 289lb self. The scooter itself is great but it is an utter pain in the neck to assemble. The instructions are useless garbage that don't even show all the steps. I had to look up a video on YouTube which was still garbage. 90% of putting this thing together was just me figuring it out. Wish the wheels has been pre-installed because the breaks are impossible to work around when trying to install the wheels and they don't give you any info on the garbage instructions on how to adjust the breaks to where they need to be. Wheels also came deflated so I had to inflate them. At least they sent some basic tools with it but your better off using your own just to lessen your frustration. I still don't have the breaks correct. The front breaks grind the wheel and the back breaks are too loose. If you have any kind of experience tinkering with bikes and scooters then you'll probably be able to assemble this with no problem but if not you'll need a lot of patience and a helping set of hands.

    1 of the three had to be returned.
    We ordered three of them. There was a lot of adjustment to make them run smooth. However, one of the three was severely bent and unridable and had to be returned. Shipping box was fine. It's like it was welded crooked. Other two were fine once I got the brakes adjusted to a good setting.
