    Not at 90 days yet, but no relief so far
    I have been on this for 45 days so far with no relief of hot flashes. Giving it the 90 days they suggest before trying something else.

    It works pretty well
    This helps some. I cannot say it gets rid of all symptoms,but it does help. I noticed when I had a gap in taking it due to my ordering it late and when I got back on it was better. One thing misleading on packaging is it advertised 60 capsules but in small print says you take two of them; so it is only a 30 day supply

    Natural, affordable
    Hit 50 and I was feeling super sluggish, weak, exhausted and sleepy all of the time. Some said I needed a c-pap, but i figured was menopause setting in. I searched for something with natural ingredients and found this. I opted to try before asking my doctor for something and I'm glad i did. Took a week or two to kick in, but i started feeling better, more alert and not constantly sleepy anymore and my energy started coming back. Granted, it wasn't a cure-all, lol, but it cured a doozy of a lot. and I felt like I have my life back! I'm so happy I didn't have to worry about side-effects and stuff and could keep it natural. And it's affordable at $1 / day! Granted, it's not CHEAP, but it is a whole lot better than other options for the results! And no c-pap! It's said menopause can last for a number of years. I've been taking this between 3-4 years now, so now thinking about stopping and see how I do. Eh, if those old feelings start coming back again, I'll get me another box and continue on! May it help you, as well !
