Perfect Overnight Protection
I depend on these for overnight protection. I don't always need them, but when I do, I *really* do and these work! When I wake up with that “gotta go now” urge, there's no holding it, so these pads are the difference between making it to the bathroom and cleaning up a mess! ?? ? Takes care of worries about coughing/sneezing fits in the middle of the night, too, with the extra length and thickness.

Horrible product
This may be the worst pad I’ve ever bought. For the 7 ultimate top absorbing pad they offer, this is a huge disappointment. The pad leaks everywhere with even the slightest amount and certainly does not hold the amount as stated on the packaging. These say lightly scented but the scent is very off-putting and disgusting. Biggest waste of money and absolute garbage!!

    Inferior product, false claims in advertising
    Terrible product —did not absorb but a small amount of fluid when used. Not worth the excessive expense either — other products are far better, much more absorptive.

    Will never stop using these!
    I love that it always holds everything and it's not seen by others that I have it on. It also just looks nice to my eyes. Have friends who have used them while at my place and now buy for themselves also.

    Always Discreet Incontinence Pads are the Best
    Always Discreet Ultimate Incontinence Pads are the best pads I've found so far for incontinence problems because they have the gel in the pads to solidify urine.

    Recommended Always Discreet pads, size 7 for plus
    Not wide enough for plus size underwear. The length is awesome with a lot more coverage. Plastic lining touches skin and is an irritant. On positive side, they are much more absorbent than other pads. They conform to your body shape and are more comfortable.

    Bought these for my 80yr old mom who had been using another brand. These are much thinner and less obvious under clothes despite being a bigger "drop" number than the brand she had before. Despite being thinner, they still manage to live up to claims for protection and my mother is very happy with them!

    Don't think twice get this brand it's great!
    The Always Discreet pads are phenomenal! The pads are thin and not bulky like the Poise brand. They absorb like crazy. I just increased to %237 to see if they were a bit more absorbent than %236 and they definitely are. I am definitely extremely pleased with this product.

    I've tried many products in the market and this one is by far the best! It has the greatest absorbency of anything out there in the market. Be assured you will not have any accidental spills, its flat non- bulky shape is discreet with light scent. Kudos to Always for finally delivering a product that does what it promises!

    A success story
    I really like, and depend on, this product. I like the fact that there is no front or back end to a pad, and no long and short version…just one very reliable pad that seems to defy the laws of physics by retaining quite a volume of fluid.
