postpartum recovery win
I absolutely loved their product I was especially grateful for the wings. I use this product in my postpartum recovery and I always felt fresh and was happy that they weren't bulky but still provided great protection. I would definitely recommend these to my fellow recovering mothers !

These did the job BUT are a little too long for my liking. They were so long that I felt they were either showing in the back or the front and there was no good placement because of the length. They worked well but just beware that they are VERY long. Maybe they Daren super long on me because I'm short (only 5'1”).

    Started with Always and I am ending with Always
    These could not have arrived at a better time! I recently had a total hysterectomy because of the pain I was feeling from fibroid tumors and as it turned out extensive and extreme scarring from my four c-sections. The Doctor told my husband the surgery would take about 1 and a half hour to two hours. My surgery ended up being around 8 hours because as the Doctor said " she had not had a case like mine during her career" I went into surgery excited no more periods but I came out of surgery with a cut bladder and an incision larger than my c-section scar! I was sent home 3 days later with a "foley" (Large bag connected to a catheter) I had that bag in for 3 weeks! When I finally had it removed I had nearly zero control of my bladder. These Always discreet have been wonderful! They are soft, fit well, very abdorbant, and keep me dry. I did end up buying a larger size for bed time. (had a few accidents) My bladder is healing but I will definitely be wearing them for awhile. I recommend these 100% you can't go wrong with these pads!! I have used Always products nearly my entire life!

    Great protection
    I really liked the Always Discreet moderate long bladder leakage pads that I used. I only experience small drops throughout the day & I loved that they stayed in place and stayed securely attached to my underwear throughout the day without bunching or curling up like some other pads do. They kept my underwear dry & protected and locked away any odor so there was no urine smell. These pads work great to protect against bladder leakage. I would definitely recommend them.

    Whether you use these for that time of the month or for their intended use, they're way better than your typical panty liner! They keep you feeling fresh even in those fun moments that can't be controlled after having kids. ;)

    Secure & Comfortable
    I have very mild incontinence, usually only certain times of the month, but these are a great solution for that. I typically rely on pantiliners but they are more of a warning system than protection! These feel way more secure as far as avoiding leaks than pantiliners, while also being much more comfortable than other incontinence products on the market. I love that they are from Always because it makes it feel more.. normal to wear them? I feel more like I'm wearing a normal healthcare product than an adult diaper! they come in the same cute packaging as their pads, so if someone saw one in your purse, they'd never know the difference! overall I would definitely recommended these for moderate to heavy incontinence. I received a free sample of this product, but provided an honest review.

    lifesaver!
    these have been a huge lifesaver since using them. I tend to have leakage the most at work, or when I am working out. This product kept me dry and odor to a minimum all day. They are thinner than sanitary pads so there wasn't alot of bulk to deal with.

    Laugh without worry
    It's no secret that bladder leakage produces great anxiety. With Always Discreet, you can put those anxieties aside. Get your laugh on! I can use the toilet and immediately after, a good belly laugh can leave me embarrassed, shameful - due to a a leaky bladder. No amout of kegels has helped. But these pads foe bladder leaks DO help. Discreet, thin enough not to make you feel like you're wearing an adult diaper, fits even in the smallest thing panties, and, best of all, the confidence you need to live - and laugh - with abandon!

    This pad gives full protection and clean/fresh feel. Absorbs well and no leakages. Handles odor protection well. Adhesive strip is good quality and pad doesn't crumble up. Easy to use and dispose off. Will definitely buy these to avoid accidents.

    Definitely Discreet!!
    I recently had the pleasure of trying these pads. They definitely did the job. As you get older your body may not function as you would always like. But this product comes in handy to catch any accidents that you might have. I didn't feel any moisture on my skin, nor was there any urine smells I would definitely recommend this product.
