Holds!
Heavy holds and without wings. Always discreet holds bladder leaks. The pad is heavy long so it covers you front to back. As a momma who sneezes, coughs, and loves to laugh sometimes you need something discreet for bladder control problems or flow. Sorry if you love wings, I think these discreets are more for functionality and I was able to put these on in a snap.

This pad stinks . . . for real. Unpleasant scent!
I have been happily using Always discreet Extra Heavy long bladder pads for many years; ordering them from Walmart. My last order was placed on April 22, 2022. These pads are different from the other Always pads I've used . . . they are scented. I've been walking around all day trying to decide what stinks . . . and its me and these bladder pads. They smell like stale talc or dried flowers; not a pleasant fragrance, at least not to me. And when they become wet, the "scent" is stronger. I can smell it on my clothing. I don't care for fragrance. I have sensitive skin and avoid scented fabric softeners, and I certainly don't want any scented pads in contact that very sensitive part of my body. Now I have two boxes of these smelly things to return to Walmart, and my search is on for another incontinence product that works as well as Always. Another thing, when I remove the used pad, there is a weird pattern of cryptic black lines on the adhesive strip. I am not crazy, its there. I suggest to avoid odors, change the pad more often. I would not recommend this pad. Come on Always. You had a great product. If it works, don't fix it.

    Delivery time was great. However, both packages of Discreet pads had burst open. Needs to be handled more gently and should have been put into a grocery bag instead of just openly. Really should be replaced.

    Proper fitting
    (This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I gave it a 4 star only because I feel there should be some sort of wings that you are able to grab around the mid section to hold them in place. I do find in the night or day that do start to bunch more in the middle and not covering the middle of your under ware.

    This is a great product for heavy period days. It is also good to use while sleeping. The pads are thick and strong enough to protect against leakage. They are long enough to provide full coverage. I wish the pads had wings to provide a more secure grip and keep them from moving around.

    I love it so much. Always is one of my favorite brand. Always Discreet Moderate Long Pads is really good. It is easy to use, long enough and absorb perfectly. I dont feel uncomfortable using the pads. So comfortable as nothing because they absolutely absorb quickly abd make the surface dry and sweep - that what I really need. #AlwaysDiscreetPartner @always_brand @influenster

    Good product meets expectations. Really good for when I had a bad cold and coughed a lot. Protected me from unsightly accidents. Would recommend to others that need them occasionally or all the time!

    Leakage Protection
    After having 3 kiddos naturally my body definitely changed. The biggest was having bladder leaks especially when I laughed, coughed or simply sneezing. These leakage pads definitely helped keeping me dry throughout the day and were comfortable enough…just wish that had wings which would have made them better to stay in place.

    These worked well and are highly absorbent but discrete. I have recommended them to a friend with some incontinence issues and she's has success. I've also used as period panty liners and they've worked well. Would recommend.

    Always Discreet, Always comfortable
    The Always Discreet Pads Information: 100% Leak protection, Holds 4x the liquid period pads do, Extra layer of protection in the middle with leak guards on the side. (You can see in the pictures there are leak guards on the side.), The Moderate Long shown in the pictures are about 12 inches long but there are many sizes from Very light to Extra Heavy in different absorption levels for anyone. I loved using the Always Discreet Moderate Long bladder leak pads. They are very thin, flexible, and comfortable. I love the leak guards on the side as they made me feel extra protected. I had no leaks and recommend 100%!!
