poor sound
First online it's $39 buy in the store it's $49...!! it's poor sound quality i expected way more out of it for $49 plus tax... the volume goes up and down on it's own.. there's just so much wrong with it. i don't in anyway recommend this product. However if go ahead and buy one don't say you were not warned.

    Don't Bother Buying
    Awful. I got this speaker for Christmas from my daughter. It's not even a full month I've had it. The sound is VERY low…almost like it's muffled. And it does NOT play for 12 hours. The speaker dies after maybe 2-3 hours of use. Only way it plays longer is if it's connected continuously to the charger. I would suggest spending a few extra dollars for a better quality blue tooth speaker.

    Only lasted a few weeks
    My son paid $60 for this speaker in November as my birthday gift. I only used it a handful of times, mostly for soft music at night. The entire time I had the speaker it sat on my bookcase headboard - never dropped, never near water, never played at high volume. It never had great sound... decent bass, but not so good highs, kinda like it was always muffled maybe...? I didn't have an issue with it being too quiet as many reviews have said. Turned it on one day while I was cleaning, after not using it for several days, and it suddenly sounded like a speaker was blown out... static-y, crackling, cutting in and out... completely unusable after a handful of subpar uses.

    The Altec Lansing HydraMotion speaker delivers a big sound in a small form speaker. When paired with a 2nd HydraMotion you get a true stereo sound. The speaker is rated for 12 hours of play on a single charge.

    Very Very Quiet
    Sound is very quiet. This possibly the worst Bluetooth speaker I have ever purchased. It is literally in a cup holder by my elbow and i struggle to hear it with certain podcasts. If you want a quality speaker I recommend the Altec Lansing Life Jacket 3 it is durable with quality sound I now own 2 of those.

    This is a fantastic Bluetooth speaker can go anywhere! Great sound with long battery life exceeding the given 6 hours spec. Charges fast as well! I enjoy the speaker with its small carabiner for hanging it somewhere! Did I mention the light show that it provides via top LEDs? Buy it!!!

    Great sound from a small speaker
    I have really enjoyed this speaker. I wanted something to keep outside when we're in the yard and this is a great size to move around with us, even come to the park and friend's houses. It has a good sound quality and I've been impressed with the volume that such a little thing can provide. Super handy, and battery life holds up well, too. Doesn't need constant charging.

    Nice speaker.
    I like this speaker. It is a good size to have outside on our deck to listen to music. The lights are a nice added feature. I tried the volume all the way up and it doesn't get very loud. This may be due to the waterproof part. It has a good cover for the charging port.

    Small Size, Big Sound!
    This speaker thumps for its size. I've never seen a small bluetooth speaker that has so many small woofers, but I'm sure that's why it sounds so good. And at the size of a little bigger that a soda can, it fits great a cup holders. We took it for a cruise on our paddle boat and it provided the tunes we needed to make it a great river cruise, and we weren't worried about it getting wet, since it's water proof! I also love the color changing lights and included clip for attaching it to a bag. It even has a smart speaker option for asking your phone assistant for any info. This thing rocks in so many different ways!
