Great for weight loss
I take this to get rid of excess grease (or fat) that you eat. BEWARE. this product is great but if you eat even 1 burger you will have grease coming out of you that you may not be able to control. It kind of makes you take a second look at what you put into your body. You will never be constipated again!!

Not like before...
I took Alli a couple years ago and it worked great. It disciplined me when I ate fatty meals. I am addicted to food and after infertility treatments and depression I have gained weight once again and thought I'd give Alli another go around. I got my package and started the next day and didn't have any side effects like before. I went to their Facebook page and read how other people were having the same issues. I decided I would eat a fatty meal to test the effectiveness so I got a fast food combo, came home, took a pill, then ate. Nothing happened. No side effects, nothing. I also read on their Facebook site how people were having problems with getting refunds and exchanges from the defective product so I have decided not to waste anymore money on Alli. Yes it worked before, but it isn't working now and their customer service isn't worth the stress. I hope everyone looking for weight loss can achieve their goals, but please take caution before making a purchase on Alli.

    Really does work.
    This stuff really does work. Just be aware of how it works when you first starting using it or you'll wish you had paid attention. I don't want to go into too much detail if you know what I mean.

    Alli is one teaching tool , to aid weight loss . I have lost weight using it , along with serious diet and exercise . The lesson it teaches is , do not eat french fries , or any other fried food , or any food with much fat content .

    Seems effective? But do your part too
    I lost 10 lbs in 1 month using these pills, along with lowfat and pretty consistent working out. If I know I'm breaking diet and having something with high fat, I just don't take the pill. Side effect is manageable and it's actually nice to see something (however unpleasant) so you know it's working. I can't say if my initial weight loss is all due to this, or more of my own good work but so far I like it and will continue to use.

    Cuts the fat you eat in half...really aids in weight loss. Only con I have is if to much fat is eaten at a meal you may experience some oily stain in your underwear.

    Works great! Weight drops off if you follow the directions. I don't allways eat a perfect diet; so this med makes those extra indulgences fall off when I get on the scales I've still lost weght!! Thank you ALLI!

    So far so good...no GI side effects.
    I tried this to lose some weight. I read the reviews regarding the stools/gas and fake product. I've had some gas but no leakage. I've cut my portion size and eat a low fat diet. No increased exercise. What I have found is that my appetite is decreased. I'm not hungry between meals. So for the 2 weeks I've been taking Alli I feel better and lost 1 1/2 lbs. I'll keep taking it and see how it goes.. I do take 2 pills 1/2 hour before meals. The rx Orlistat ( Alli) is 120 mg. per capsule. Because I am not hungry I'll keep it up.
