Alien Tape Double Sided Tape, Multipurpose
Amazing stuff. Better than Velcro and almost as good as glue. Used it to attach curtains to the (darkening rod) attach to the wall to keep them from moving !! Great buy, well manufactured ! Love this

false advertising on the box i was so happy to get this home and hang my pictures up on the wall as it shows on the box , i opened the box and went straight to reading the instructions and the first thing i read my be permanent and damage painted walls an or sheetrock smh that's all i have surrounding me in my apartment. I will be taking this back and getting my refund

    Please take the time to read my review before buying. I want to start by talking about how many uses you could possibly have for this Alien tape and those are endless. The fun part about this tape is having a need and saying I have the perfect fix for that knowing the Alien tape is there to help. This tape is Multifunctional and reusable. It can be used indoor or outdoor and is weather resistant. It can also be used on many surfaces like brick, wood, marble, tile, metal, glass, plastic and more. If you have a need I am confident you will be successful using this tape. Grab you some now too have around the house, I am certain if you are actively working around your home you will need this daily.

    Not easily removable!
    While the as seen on TV alien tape sticks well to most surfaces, the commercial advertisement has faults. 1: the commercial shows a security camera being placed on a brick wall. The instructions clearly indicate to use the tape only on smooth, non porous surfaces. 2: in both the commercial and the instructions included with the tape, UT indicates you can just twist the object you've stuck to, say, a wall and it will come off easily and completely. This is far from the truth. I placed a light weight 11" x 14" canvas panel art piece on the side of a metal file cabinet. I can't move it AT ALL. I will probably have to pry it off and hope I don't damage anything. I will only be using this tape on objects I don't want to remove.

    Great “Tape”
    This product has the PERFECT name. When I took this out to repair a table, I said to myself….I've never seen tape like this before. It's like a thicker double-sided tape mixed with goop that's as strong as super glue. Super sticky so be careful. Used it to adhere this marble table top to the wooden base at my in-laws.

    Easy to use
    This tape comes with different sizes and very easy to use. Works almost on everything. I tried to use it for hanging pictures and it works great. Very sturdy and no need to nail on the wall anymore! I will continue to test them on other materials.

    I always had a hard time putting up my Christmas lights on the inside of my windows every year. After I would get them all up, they would always fall down. This year I placed Alien Tape on the windows and set the light strand on it going around my windows. The lights are also all facing the same direction which was always impossible for me.

    dont hang heavy stuff!
    i used this to put up 2 different floating shelves, since it would be easier than measuring and drilling. The first shelf i hung, after it was up for a while, I put my motem and router on it. Everything seemed good, until like a few hours later, i heard this big crash! i jumped up and ran toward the noise, only to find the shelf fallen with my router and motem laying there. The worst part about it is that everything landed on my work computer! Luckily nothing broke, but i did have to end up hanging with screws and i haven't had a problem since! Picture is after i had to screw shelf in, but exact same stuff is on the shelf!

    NOT for painted walls
    Box says “great for hang frames on any surface “. Well i hope you read directions inside because it says NOT for painted walls-may cause paint to peel. It is though very sticky and two little pieces have held big rug in place. Bought for painted wall so i have lots i cant use yet.
