Great cup, Horrible service
I ordered 20 of these cup, and they all came in right on time. However, EVERY SINGLE CUP was scratched and one was broken in half. It looked as though they had just been thrown into a box with no packaging to protect them, and I had to return all of the cups. The cups themselves are great but do not order them.

    love these cups
    I had purchased some in store last year and they were a hot with my whole family. They have these in store this spring,so I ordered online. Unfortunately,the cups are great,biy FedEx was careless and left the package in my driveway and must've handled roughly. One of the cups was cracked. Product great! Fed ex....not so much

    Great - spill proof mug
    My brother purchased this mug for his wife who has been bed-ridden for 3 years. It allows her to be independent. She dropped it many times and broke the lid. I recently ordered two more. It is a great little mug. Light weight, easy to hold, dishwasher safe and really takes a beating. ( the mug got stuck in the mechanics of her hospital bed when she dropped it during the night) ... great mug.

    Aladdin is good
    This item is great for use inside or outside the house. The glass does not sweat and make spots on the table. We bought 2 of the 32 oz. Travel Tumblers for use also. These are especially good for iced drinks, since the double wall insulates the ice and drink and keeps it cooler longer.

    could be better
    The inner seal was laying loose and fell out when I opened the top of the cup. Furthermore, I was able to put seal back up in the lid of the cup, but I don't think cup does a good job at keeping drinks cold.

    Good but not dishwasher safe
    I bought three of this product. One for me, one for my daughter and one for my husband. I love the colors (blue, green and pink) and the size is just so perfect. I usually wash it manually but one time I tried to wash it in the dishwasher but unfortunately the blue glass was deformed or misshapen. I was so disappointed and need to purchase a new one.

    A Nice Cup for the Price
    Overall this product was what it appeared to be online! But I would recommend buying it in store not online! When I received the item it was in a small bag and completely broken on the bottom, so I ended up in the store doing a return and getting a replacement cup.
