No Smell. Really comfortable.
The bad: I wanted a super plush, super soft mattress. I wanted a mattress that I would feel like I'm "sinking into" when I lay down. This mattress doesn't do that. This is pretty firm, but totally comfortable. I'll need to buy a topper to get that "sleeping on a cloud" feeling I'm looking for. The Good: 1. I have never slept so good. I have always had trouble falling asleep but on this, I just lay down and I'm out like a light. I'm amazed! 2. I have bad circulation. This mattress has helped me more than air beds and soft conventional mattresses have. 3. This mattress did NOT SMELL at all. I have received many other foam products before, so I understand about people complaining of a moldy smell. From my experience, I would suggest poking a hole through the plastic packaging and smelling it before you totally undo the wrapper. If the foam should smell really bad, return it. If it only smells a little, it is normal and will air out. I would also try and pick it up as asap and open it as soon as you get home to avoid this from happening.

sad sorry mattress
I purchased this Mattress back in January. when I first received this item it was not the right size. when I unwrapped it, after getting it home from my local walmart, it did not fit the bed frame. I called walmart they gave me the number to the factory who made the mattress. they did replace it free of charge. now 10 months later it has lost its viscosity and broken down. when I sit or lay on it I feel the platform bed under my body. I have bad fibromalygia and degenerative muscle,nerve disease. this mattress felt good for about 7 months .then I noticed this feelings of flat. when I called about the warranty, I was hung up on by the service person. I am so sorry I bought this. it has been a hassle from day one...

    Super comfy for price!
    We bought one a few years ago as an Eco friendly option for my daughter when she moved out of the toddler bed. My husband and I fight over it when she stays the night elsewhere because it's so comfortable! When our youngest just transitiinednoutnodbher toddler bed we got her one too and she sleeps like a rock. So, in turn, mom and dad do too!

    Very comfortable
    I read the other reviews before I ordered the memory foam mattress. There was no smell to the mattress when opened. I used it that night and it felt like I was sleeping on a cloud. I hope it stands up over time.

    Best Twin Matteress Yet
    There's not been many nights I sleep through the night without waking up do to my arm falling asleep or just soreness from laying still for hours. This mattress so far I have (with the exception of last night due to allergies) slept through every night, no waking up multiple times and no soreness in the morning!! Great mattress.

    very comfortable mattress for the price.
    The Aerus Natural 6" eco-friendly Memory Foam mattress exceeded my expectations in quality. First of all, the delivery was very quick! I use the full size mattress directly on a hard wood flooring of my loft bed. No additional bottom or topping needed. The mattress did not smell strongly at all- as some people reported. The strawbeery scent quickly dissipated . Once out of wrapping, it unfolded quickly to its full size shape, came in a well fitted zippered cotton over. I look forward to sleeping on my new bed every night. I think I may see an end to my previous backaches. I sleep very well on it. Even if the mattress deteriorates after 5 years, I feel it is worth every dollar!

    Great Alternative
    I have a higher quality (full size) futon frame and mattress but the mattress (used daily) was over 10 years old and ready for replacement. I had been having trouble with lower back/hip discomfort & occasional neck/shoulder pain that would radiate into my hands causing numbness in my fingers. I slept on a friends Temprapedic mattress one night & decided I needed to save my pennies and get one for myself. I needed an affordable mattress much sooner than I could save for the expensive high quality one & decided on the 6 inch from walmart - GREAT DECISION I added the memory foam body pillow (to go across the back of the bed as 1 long pillow) & have had some great sleep. No more lower back or hip discomfort. No more taking an hour to fall asleep. In fact not only do I fall asleep within minutes of going to bed but for the 1st few nights I was going to bed earlier because I was enjoying the comfort so much I was wanting 8 hrs instead of the regular 6. I am over 200 lbs so I decided to use the 6in as a mattress topper over my existing mattress (which was about 4 inch) & with my deep pocket sheets I had no problem covering them both together. I would strongly encourage the 12 inch mattress if you are a heavy set frame & are using the mattress as a stand alone. The only down side I experienced was that after laying/sleeping in one position for a long period of time, if I decided to switch positions, I needed to switch sides of the bed or deal with being a bit lopsided for a few minutes while the bed rises in the area I just vacated. Additionally before getting the mattress I was using the electric mattress pad almost nightly (its winter in Maine) I have not needed to plug it in once with the memory foam mattress. It seems that the mattress helps to retain my own body heat. I am not sure how that will effect me in the summer but for right now - I LOVE IT I no longer feel the need to save for the expensive Tempurpedic brand and will be purchasing 2 more of the 6 inch to use for the kids bunk beds and when its time to move up to a Queen mattress for the master bedroom - I will most certainly be purchasing the 12 inch Its a great product, if you like the memory foam mattresses you will not be disappointed with this.

    Excellent!!!
    I bought this while I was in a big hurry to get a better night sleep. I did not know if I was going to be happy with it, but figured I would give it a try. I love it! It distributes my weight evenly so my back does not hurt that much any longer. It is soft, but firm, if that makes sence. Very good price too. I highly recommend this product.
