can't activate
I dislike that fact that I purchased this on walmart.com back on July 15th 2020 and att prepaid will not activate it without receipt TC number which i dont get from walmart.com all i got was order confirmation number and att won't use that as proof of payment. sucks

    Wonderful little phone!
    I really do like my phone. It gets good reception no matter where I am. I do have big fingers when texting and with a small screen I do mess up a lot when typing.

    Att prepaid Alacatel insight cell phone
    Purchased phone for friend who has land line only that if Lights go out she has no way to call if emergency. Easy phone to set up, camera is ok. For the money spent on phone it was good bye simple phone to make calls, check email take pictures and videos! Most get SD card if going to store pictures or videos.!

I got a case for this phone . Make sure to look for a Alcatel Insight ( cricket ) when shopping for the right size phone case .

    Phone fine, Walmart dropped the ball
