3.00 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchaser12/27/2012More Complicated Than NecessaryI bought my sister a new cell phone for Christmas. I havne't used AT&T for years, but when I had, I was pleased with their service. Activation of the phone was a little ridiculous, and there were complications with getting the card to apply to the account. I had to call in to customer service- which wasn't horrible. That's one thing I will say for AT&T- you can always understand their reps, and they will help you the best they can. Issues were quickly resolved- but, prepare to spend a chunk of time on the activation. Hopefully there won't be so many issues in the future with simply adding the card.KLPritz
