Purchased the mattress online before vacation unpacked it.(8-17-2022) it never flattened down on the sides it still is curled up on both sides

    Never flattened out - had to return it
    This was my first experience with a bed in a box, and based on the reviews I had high hopes for it. I unpacked it on top of the bedframe as suggested, and very carefully removed the paper outer wrapping and then the plastic wrapping. It "inflated" very quickly to full size. However, the two long edges never laid down flat. When viewed from the end, the mattress curved up along both sides like a hot dog bun. I gave it several days to lay down, but it never did. I ended up returning it. I definitely don't recommend this mattress!!

    Would not do curbside pickup
    Would give one star. Not the product but the store. Did curbside pick up for this. When i got home and opened the box the item was a burned air mattress, not this medium cooling gel memory foam mattress. The box was even sealed before opening. I tried to go back and get a refund or exchange but was told i since i “had opened it already i couldnt be helped as it looked ok in the pictures before pick up.” I was also told that they don't accept returns on mattress's. But i tried to fight and question why this was possible if they do not take returns for mattress's but wasnt able to be given an answer. Had to go to another walmart and spend another $400 ? as i already threw out my old one thinking this pick up would go smoothly.

    This mattress is not worth the hype, it supposed have pressure relieving comfort provided by Gel memory foam, after setting it up and sleeping on it the first night my lower back was hurting its too firm. The top gel memory foam is not as pictured. I would not recommend this item.

    So worth it!
    I was very skeptical of the whole mattress in a box concept, but decided to take the plunge due to cost and Serta being a trusted brand. I am glad I did! Super easy to set up, super comfy, great quality, and even dog approved!

    Not happy with the quality of the mattress.
    I am having MAJOR issues with thus mattress. I can't find sheets to fit and it has still not filled out, the mattress is more of a round shape and does not look or feel like it should.

    Great mattress! Extremely comfortable!
    The only thing was it was extremely heavy so if you buy a mattress when it arrives with no help vs buying from a matress store is the difference. Thank God my neighbor was home. She helped nd carry it up the steps as it is a two person job. It is extremely comfortable and well worth the price. Other places want close to 900 for the same mattress. So far, very satisfied customer! I would have given a 5 but delivery guy left too far from my door and had to drag it.

    Save your money! DO NOT BUY!
    I had to purchase this mattress 3 times because two prior times it got lost. After I finally received it, I opened it up hoping it would take its form in a few minutes. Well, it's been 5 days and hasn't taken its form. Seems like it's damaged. On both sides, it's curved and won't take it's normal shape. To make matters worse, I called Serta and they told me they can't do anything that I need to call Walmart. I called Walmart and apparently they can't do anything because it's been more than 90 days. Long story short, $500 down the drain, neither Walmart or Serta obviously care. DO NOT BUY THIS MATTRESS. After reading the reviews, seems like many people have experienced the same issue. Sometimes trying to save money, it ends up costing you more. Decided to purchase the Dreamcloud mattress which I should've done since the beginning.

    The mattress is soft and comfortable, it took 48 hours to get on shape. The only bad thing is short sideway, it is supposed to be 60 in but is only 58 in

    Nice mattress but way to firm.
    This mattress is waaay to firm. We both are waking up with pain. Still mattress shopping...Gonna have to look at these more expensive beds in boxes since at least we can return it. ugh
