Great service - Safe Works as promised
I wanted to write this review, I received a defective safe the first time, but Alan sent me a replacement no questions asked and my replacement safe worked flawlessly. The safe is well built, the instructions could be better, but be sure to register the product and ask them for help if you have problems. In my experience, they will make sure you have a working product.

No instructions included on how to code keypad. Makes safe worthless. Call Walmart for help who pushed me to third party delivery company. No answers. I cannot even find out who makes the safe to get instructions.

    Just what I needed
    I'm not a hunter but have a couple rifles and lots of grand-kids. This came right to my door, having traveled across the country from California to New York by FedEx and not a ding on it. It took just minutes to set up the digital control panel and I couldn't be happier. The extra shelf allows me to keep many of my valuables there, thus eliminating my old floor safe that I had to get on the floor to open. Having bolted my new safe to the floor gives me that extra confidence I was looking for. It fit very nicely into my crowded closet.

    Product arrived nicely quickly. Safe was packaged securely. At right around 100lbs I was able to slide it around the house by myself to get into position.When I removed the cardboard box, the safe was well protected with foam. As for the safe itself, it''s a very well built safe. The digital keypad works great and buttons respond perfectly! Fingerprint aspect of the safe works well also. The handle feels very strong. I held the handle and pulled it in all directions to test its strength. No problem there! The metal is of pretty thick gauge steel and doesn't feel like someone can easily drill through it. The safe also has a great appearance! As for the interior, it’s completely up to you. Add lights. Additional shelves. Hanger for the door. Endless possibilities. Overall, great safe for the price. Definitely feels like it will take a lot of effort to break into it. I recommend the product for anyone who wants a great safe. 10/10

    Great buy for the money!
    So far this product is working well for me. I needed a locker that could store 1-2 PC carbines/ rifles, 3-4 handguns and 1-2 tactical shotguns/ shockwaves plus associated equipment, ammo etc. There are not a lot of instructions to set things up but there is a video and I was able to figure things out reasonably well. Came with a liner on the floor and on the front wall plus some foam barrel retainers for long arms that were a bit too high/ narrow to properly fit my Shockwave or Ruger. Used a box of ammo at the bottom to help. Hopefully the length works better with a rifle. Love the three modes of access because I was worried about the finger reader but if anything the coded access is redundant because the fingerprint reader seems to work well. My wife especially appreciates the ease of entry in case of emergency, I will be muting the beep as it's quite loud.Fit and trim was pretty good, this is not a safe to deter a professional thief but it will keep the guns safe from the kids and a casual intruder. Think of it as resistant vs. theft proof. Someone will definitely have to have a game plan as it is bulky/heavy and the right tools would have to be brought/ found to breech it. Strongly suggest attaching to wall if you have mischievous kids but pretty stable on its own. Not planning to expand my collection by much more or space would definitely become an issue so consider your current/ future plans. The locked inner shelf wont accommodate more than one gun some records, a few mags and ammo boxes. Service was great and Alan was very attentive and diligent. Be sure to ask for the complimentary organizer which I show in the picture and is great for maximizing the space!

    Great Product, Excellent Customer Service!
    Very satisfied with my Moutec Rifle Safe! First shipment arrived and was slightly dented and the fingerprint scanner wasn't working properly. I Contacted them and they replied very quickly and sent out a new one the next day. They threw in a organizer for the inconvenience. New safe arrived and works perfect! Very happy with my order! Wonderful customer service! Would definitely purchase with them again! I highly recommend!

    I love it. It does everything it should do, and does it well.
    It's easy to assemble and operate. You just pop in the batteries, reset the code, scan some fingers and you're in business. It also comes with a back up battery pack that can be used to power the biometric locking panel from the outside. That's a thoughtful touch for when/if the installed batteries die. This safe fits in my bedroom closet and holds scoped long guns comfortably. I use the lock box on the top to secure my ammo, ear, and eye protection.The door panel organizer is something that you have ask for separately. AND it's free. I have to say that this addition made this safe a complete answer for my needs. It securely connects to the door and has 3 hand gun slots, 3 magazine slots, a medium pouch, and a large pouch I use for manuals and documents. The middle hand gun slot is removable, so you should have no problem if you have 2 handguns with long barrels.If you haven’t guessed, I'm pleased with my purchase.

    Lots of research before I bought.
    I was looking for an affordable "safe" that would keep things out of tiny hands. After hours of comparing details on here and big box store websites, I took a leap of faith on this and was not disappointed.First and foremost let's be real, in this price range you're not getting a liberty brand vault. Everything in this range is slightly thicker than a school locker, and anyone could break into it with basic tools. Its heavy enough empty to make it difficult to move, even with 2 people. Raise your budget if your looking to keep criminals away from your Knights Armament stuff.The fingerprint reader is quick and accurate.There is enough room to fit my stick w/optic and 30rd in as expected, maybe a total of 3 total with the magwell toward the door. But don't expect to fit a plate carrier, IOTV, ect with everything else too.The upper lockbox is cool.The safe came very well packaged, no dents or anything and came with all the listed stuffMake sure to determine which version of this safe is best for you. The other previous model had more width and less depth I think.Definitely would choose this over the other quick access safes in this price range due to their inability to have an optic and magazine ready.

    Great Value for a great safe.
    Product arrived on time and packaged perfectly. Found the fingerprint scanner to work great. There are 3 ways to open this safe and they all work perfectly. Plus it comes with an emergency battery backup..Only thing i found that could be a negative to some is that the safe should be secured to the wall. But this safe comes with the mounting hardware so thats not a problem.. If not mounted, when door is open it can tilt and fall towards you. I did mount it and is very sturdy. Overall its a great safe and well worth the price.

    I love this gun safe. Its extremely sturdy , even the area where the 5 bolts lock in are double reinforced with extra metal . Came packed very well, no dents or scratches. The fingerprint reader works flawlessly to gain quick access. You must touch it twice, once to wake it up the second time to read your print. I have no complaints. The seller is quick to respond and checks that all is well. Im extremely happy with my purchase. Thanks !!
