    I see my light come shining. . .
    Product came on time, packed with two D-cell batteries so I could light up right away. I'd struggled for years with cheaper products and being dissatisfied in the long run. I like that you can narrow the beam down to a tight focus that will shoot all the way down our back yard to the rock fence where the critters frolic. The 2-cell is shorter than the 3-cell version but it's long enough and heavy enough to be used as a weapon anyway and yet it's less cumbersome.

    Maglites greatest strength is their on/off switch
    I still have an ancient 3 D cell Maglite incandescent war club that works. This 2 D cell model feels better in the hand.

    delightful beams of light
    an excellent flashlight. it has two light beams from shining normally and a blast of illumination. and what a pleasant surprise imagine includes the two "D" batteries and all for such a modest price. great for everyday use and for emergencies. love it!!
