Use with caution. Not a product for everyone.
Liked the idea that this is a good solution to fungal acne and/or malassezia. It is not, as shopped by Dermatologists. It contains ingredients that are drying and also feed the organism that causes the condition. This product is marketed as gentle and good for sensitive skin, it is not. This product will dry your skin out and cause it to flake and become red, depending upon your skin type.

    great for dry skin or normal skin.
    the Z-BAR war rec. to me by a doctor. I have been using it for 4 or 5 years. it is great for preventing dandruff and dry skin on the upper forehead. You can use it daily and it lasts for an incredibly long time.

    May not be for me
    Im not sure this product is for my condition. It was recommended by my dermatologist. It may be too soon for results. This is not a negative. I have been enduring Grovers disease and Im not sure this is helping me.

    Good soap if you rash with other soaps
    Helped me and my dermatologist narrow down what was causing a rash. It was either my previous soap or laundry detergent. We changed both. It's all cleared up now! Still not sure what it was, but this was still part of the solution I'd say.

    Acne Free
    I saw a review suggesting that I use this soap to clear acne. I did not like it for my hair, but I was not willing to throw the soap away. So far my skin has responded so well. I'm amazed. This is a 3-month difference. I have always used a glycolic wash and 10% hydrogen peroxide on my cheeks. This soap is the only new item I added.

    Vanicream Z-Bar is great for sensitive skin!
    Dermatologist directed me to use this soap for dermatitis on face. It works! It does not aggravate sensitive skin, and it really cleans. Wish I'd known about it years ago!
