Love it exceptionally delicate for me I wanted this expresses gratitude toward you folks.
Thank you. Having stated the above, I am now able to sleep in my new chair. Previously, I intended to relocate my cot in the living room; however, that decision has been rendered unnecessary.

If it was delivered; instructions weren't followed
Where are my chairs?? Someone recommended these to me and I was hoping to add them to my cool collection and surprise her when she came over but they are not here yet. Please take a photo with the package on my steps and a pic of me receiving it!!! People steal orders/packages off of the steps!!! I plan to get a camera showing where my orders are left!! A few times my packages are left at top of 1st steps, on the lawn table, etc. I specifically asked them NOT TO DO THAT!!

    These are very narrow chairs with a cheap cushion
    Not a lot of value here for two chairs that are very narrow and challenging for arthritic hands to adjust. The cushion is not like the photo it is flimsy and material is cheap doesn't match headrest, and it will last probably a season. They do have sturdy legs. but flimsy unstable side tables. For just over $209 they are not a value. They even lost one chair with our first order! We had to return and now wait 3weeks after receipt to get a refund for their error. NO not very happy with this purchase. Pfft!

    Cheaped out on cushion.
    None, with the exception of the detachable cushioning. By simply incorporating laces into the cushioning, that work could be transformed. An excessive amount of seating causes the pad to shift, causing it to linger on the ground or become entangled in footwear. Additionally, ties could have been positioned more securely to the chair frame in order to better secure the cushioning.

    Cupholder is broken.
    I would appreciate it if you could send me only the cup holder and not the chair itself; the chair is attractive, but I need the cap holder replaced. The chair cost a considerable amount of money.

    REQUIRES DIRECTIONS.
    An offering for my spouse. It was difficult to open the chair and determine how to get it to lie down after some trial and error. Three stars deducted for the absence of instructions and the chair pad's low quality, thinness, and lack of fidelity to the image.
