Requirement if you lose your potassium
My husband works out in the elements and requires replenishments. I workout therefore I need them as well due to I lose potassium from sweating. Also, my husband loves the taste.

I was shocked when the bruised feeling in my legs went away and I could get out of the chair easier and actually walk better without as much pain. Sometimes even though they drink water all day they don't seem to be properly hydrated. Giving this drink to them has been great. If they seem like they had a lot of sun and by the end of the evening are showing a little bit of signs of being overtired or super thirsty still we let them step on this. They really liked the flavor. It's very fruity and does not taste watered down at all. They especially like it when it is cold. This product has definitely helped us feel more at ease knowing that our kids are getting the proper hydration they need to stay healthy. I would definitely recommend this product to everyone! I give it to them to replace all the electrolytes they have lost playing outside in the heat. They absolutely love the taste I freeze some in the ice tray to keep it from being watered down. We also drink it after working out in the sun. I prefer the taste to other drinks. There is no nasty after taste. Now, I can't go 30 minutes without taking a sip of something. I needed to find better ways to stay hydrated. When I was offered the opportunity to try the Parent's Choice Pediatric Electrolyte Solution, Mixed Fruit, I immediately said YES! While the package my say pediatric, it is also great for aging folks like myself. The bottle is huge compared to others I have seen. The taste of the mixed fruit is very good, no aftertaste what so ever. And surprisingly enough, I did feel hydrated after drinking half of the bottle. I save the rest for the next day and had the same results. I plan to make this part of my routine shopping list from now on. When something works, you stick with it. I plan to do just that!
