    Great product, convenient size
    This product warms up super fast, doesn't rip my hair, makes my hair smooth. My hair is very dense, just below shoulder and it is the best size to tame it.

    You will not regret this purchase
    These are a must have in your hair products collection. It straightened and curled my hair quick and easy. I love them. I asked a stylist about them and what they thought and they all said they are the best and the ones they use the most.

    Not worth the money.
    Heated only to warm. I think no where near 450 F. Seller did not respond to refund without packaging. First problem with Babybliss. I have had a few.

    So basically doesnt work! It took me a couple of days to make up my mind to spend $100 when theres a ton of straightners out there way cheaper and that really heat up... This one, was dead since the beginning! I was really excited and looking forward to try it on but either the company probably sent a refurbished or they actually dont work, who knows... Contacted them but of course no answer from them... Picture of me holding a 450° straightner waiting to heat up.... tried in different outlets, no restart button!

    Arrived damaged
    The package arrived quickly. Item arrived in a shipping envelope and the package was damaged.i purchased this to be a Christmas gift but I had to return it because of that and go buy from the store last minute and pay full price. I'm still waiting for refund.

    Ouch!!
    I just recieved my Babyliss U-Styler and was SO excited!! Then immediately disappointed. It's like a cheaply made (still pricey) version like the one my hairdresser has. The top part has a groove that pulled out at least 20 hairs. I had to stop because it was so painful. :( Going to try to ask for a refund.

    The Best!!!
    I learned of this product by my hairstylist and just had to inquire! After conducting my own research on plenty of sites and feeling the difference from my stylist, I had to have it! My hair is natural and the flat iron I still have, just doesn't get it straight enough. Babyliss, chopped my time in half when it came to getting this kinky/coily hair bone straight! I am in love .

    Love love love it! Works great! Awesome price also. I have very thick, frizzy/wavy hair & it straightens it perfect! Not heavy to hold & doesn't burn my ends!
