Great Gift for Spider-Man Fan!
The excitement started once the box arrived. Took my husband roughly an 1 hour to put together with the help of the kids and their power tools. Instructions were easy to follow. Just a heads up, the battery needs to charge for approx 18 hours prior to use. Both of my kids are huge Spider-Man fans. They couldn't wait to use their new Jeep. My 5 year old and 3 year old fit perfectly. It was easy for both of them to drive and the Jeep has a feature that allows for a low speed and a higher speed. They quickly learned how to back up too. The Jeep rides great over grassy area. Riding around the neighborhood has become a staple since they got this ride. Definitely provides hours of fun. Highly recommend!

Ultimately Fun but Expected More For the Price
I always wanted a Power Wheels of my own when I was a child, so I was excited to get one of these for my own daughter. As with many things, the dream is a bit better than the reality, but it is still a fun product and Fisher-Price can probably get it the rest of the way there. Let's start with what you get in the box. The unit essentially comes packaged within itself, which is very well thought out. The parts were of good quality. The plastics are firm and feel like they will hold up to the abuse little ones are likely to expose the device to. The assembly instructions are clear and easy to follow. The product took around the recommended 90 minutes to assemble. One thing that was VERY much appreciated was that they used a single screw type to assemble the entire unit. Additionally, a few extra screws were included in the bag which is always great for repairs and the odd bad screw. One issue we did have was that the gearbox mount on one of the motors was not aligned into the slot designed to give things some leeway. We had to pry things apart a bit to get the screw back out into the correct mount point. (see Screw Mismount picture). Additionally the front fenders really took two people to mount, as screwing one side would cause the other side to pop off even if you partially screwed and alternated. One major drawback to assembly is the battery. Per the manual, you need to charge the battery for 18 hours prior to its initial use. As such, this is not a toy you can come home with, assemble, and your child can play with. Plan accordingly! The battery also needs to be charged in between uses for a minimum of 14 hours, but since it is a "dumb" charger you should never leave the battery on the charger for more than 30 hours. All of this points to the included charger being in desperate need of improvement. It has no auto shut-off, and does not even have an indicator light to tell you that is working, not to mention if the battery itself is charged. I'd like to see a charger that tells me it is operating and if the status of the battery. Ideally it could charge the battery a little quicker too. To really nail the initial experience the charger and the battery should be capable of operating the vehicle for at least a short period of time at the end of the 90 minute assembly period. You can probably stretch that initial charge window to 2 hours if you figure you would plug in the battery before starting to assemble. In use the kids have a fun time driving the vehicle, but it has some frustrating limitations that just feel like missed opportunities The biggest issue is the drivetrain. The unit has two motors, one for each rear wheel. Except, for whatever reason, almost all of the power goes to the right rear wheel. If you lift the unit you will see that the left rear wheel does spin, but at a significantly lower rate than the right rear wheel. The left rear wheel does not get enough power to be truly functional. While advertised to operate on grass - and it does if it is flat and perfect - the vehicle gets stuck sometimes because the right rear wheel is spinning and the left rear wheel is doing nothing. If the power was better distributed this thing definitely has the grunt where it could really work in the grass. A related issue happens on pavement. Even at the lowest setting, the vehicle in reverse with the accelerator pressed often results in the rear right wheel burning out for a bit before it finally catches and propels the unit. The reverse speed even on low is a bit fast - a slightly slower reverse when in slow mode would be nice. All of these drivetrain issues are super frustrating because as it works and operates you can see the potential and capability there, it's just not realized. My daughter loves the vehicle, though she did wish for some improvements. She really wanted a button to cause the headlights and tail lights to light up, and she wished the radio could also play some music in addition to the handful of vehicle sounds it is capable of. She would like the windshield to be a little taller so she could see through it like a real car. Along the same lines, she'd like a brake pedal (even if it is unnecessary for operation). Build wise she'd like the lightbar/roll cage to be a little less flimsy. My daughter also asked for seatbelts. To be clear, the operation and performance of the vehicle doesn't appear to justify their necessity from a safety standpoint, but I think they would be a good inclusion from a practical/good habit modeling perspective. As my daughter told us "You don't ride in a car without a seatbelt". Probably a good thing to reinforce where we can. The trunk is both an boon and a letdown. My daughter loves to put things in the area behind the seat, but laments about how small it is and how little she can carry. A slightly bigger trunk would be a lot of fun. If the drivetrain issues could be worked out, including a trailer mount and having an optional trailer accessory would be something we'd probably be very interested in. The Spider-Man branding is all handled through stickers. So if your kids are like mine and really just want a red Jeep, you can skip the Spider-Man. But, if you are into Spider-Man, there is plenty to go around with a full character hood and door decals, and Spider-Man logo stickers/placements everywhere. I view it as a positive that the vehicle can equally service both fans and non-fans alike. The decals are of high quality material and stick well and should hold up for a while. All in all we are pleased with the vehicle, and our daughter and her cousins enjoy bombing around the driveway in their very own car. Given the power the vehicle has at its disposal, improvements to the drivetrain could really take this to another level and solve a lot of its problems. Further, the battery charging situation desperately needs to be improved. Even if the charge times cannot be improved, the charger should be self-managing and give you some idea what it is doing.

    Thrilling Ride!
My son is absolutely in love with his new Fisher-Price® Power Wheels® Spider-Man™ Jeep® Wrangler! This car is amazing! It holds two people (driver and passenger). The car can go forward or in reverse. My son enjoyed turning the wheel a lot while driving, so we had some zigzagging going on. It would be nice if a remote control was offered for the car so that the parents can assist in navigating the vehicle and as an emergency brake. There is definitely a bit of a learning curve, but my son has such a blast when he's driving around in his new Fisher-Price® Power Wheels® Spider-Man™ Jeep® Wrangler. It took the two of us about 90 minutes to build the car. The instructions were easy to follow. It took about another 20 minutes or so to apply all of the decals, which really gives the car some character. The car appears to be very durable and rugged and had no issue riding over the curb on my driveway. The radio works and plays cool noises which my son loves. The doors open and close easily as well, making it simple for a child to enter and exit the vehicle. I would absolutely recommend this Power Wheels vehicle to other families.

Power wheels wins when it comes to reliability. Our kids absolutely adore their's. Not only is it powerful they can ride on it for hours. The durability and long life spand of this product is unmatched. It's pretty easy to assemble takes about one hour and then the fun begins. They rode it through the logging roads and in the yard! The kids love the buttons on the inside of the dash and the fact that they can explore for hours. Hands-down 10 out of 10.

A Wonderful Vehicle for Three to Six Year Olds
Marvel Super Hero Adventures Spider-Man Jeep Wrangler The vehicle came I assembled in a huge box. 54” x 24” x 11” that weighed 60 pounds. I am 68 years old and wanted to show women that they can do anything they set their minds to, so I assembled it myself. The instructions were easy to follow. I made sure that I had all the parts before I began. It probably took me three hours to assemble the entire vehicle, including the wonderful decals. When my three year old granddaughter walked in the door and saw the vehicle, she screamed with excitement. The vehicle was solidly built and easy for my granddaughter to operate. She made it go back and forth in the foyer. We took it outside and she was able to drive it on our grass. I loved the colors! Definitely Spider-Man worthy! The radio is battery operated and there are different engine noises, horns, turn signal noises and other noises. They give a little more reality to the vehicle. This would be a wonderful toy for any three to six year old children!

    Solid jeep!!!
My girls loved this jeep. They were so excited to see spider man and loved that two of them could ride in this at a time. The three of them rotated turns driving watching and riding. They even took their pet bunny Romeo for a ride. They couldn't wait for us to get it put together and kept asking can we go now. They even took a few spins in the house. They ride in this jeep daily and we are so happy with durability, quality and speed. This is a great product!!!

    Hours of fun!
The Power Wheels Spider-Man Jeep is so so fun! My 3 and 5 year old boys absolutely love it! They are huge Spider-Man fans so this version is absolutely perfect. They've managed to learn how to drive it super quickly, understanding how and when to back it up and how to turn the wheel the opposite way they want to go when they back up. Picking up their foot to stop, etc. They ask to drive it around every day and all the kids in the neighborhood want a turn. It was pretty simple to put together and I was able to assemble it on my own in about an hour. It has a little bit of space behind the back of the seats for water bottles, toys and treasures your kiddos might find along their drive. The battery is pretty heavy so I wouldn't recommend letting kids handle it, but it does last a very long time. My boys drive it around for hours without issues. I even let my son drive it to school one day and that's a mile each way. Another plus is the fact that it fits through a standard doorway so we can easily keep it in our storage room. I can't recommend the Spider-Man Power Wheels Jeep enough. I wish I had one as kid!

    So much outdoor fun!
My 3 kids, a 3 year old girl and 5 & 6 year old boys, love this jeep! They have a blast driving it up and down our driveway. It is cute and sturdy, it has a little trunk area in the back where toys can ride. They played with it all afternoon after daddy finished putting it together, and didn't even want to come inside for dinner

    So fun for kids
My child and all the neighborhood children absolutely LOVE this Spiderman Power Wheels Jeep. Pretty much everything about it has been fantastic, from how fast it goes to the sounds it has. The sounds would be even cooler if they made the Spiderman web sounds. The biggest problem we have noticed with it is, the hood will randomly start coming off as the kids drive it. They have to stop and clip it back down quite often. My child is a taller 5yr old, 4ft 2in 76lbs. Height wise he is right on the edge of being too tall for this vehicle and him to sit comfortably. Over all I would 100% recommend this Power Wheels to all my friends with children in this age range.
