12" Ninja Turtle Bike POOR Shape
This bike arrive with an intact box. No apparent damages. Then when opened, it had a broken handle bar plastic cover that has the Ninja Turtles, the front frame was scraped. There was no packing to protect this bike. It appeared to have been used but the tires looked new. Not happy with the arrival here at Christmas in a broken state. Also If you care about safety, there is NO protection on the handle bar area.

    great bike!
    The bike is awesome! My daughter LOVES it. Good quality, would definitely reccomend it. However, I paid for it to be shipped by a certain date, and I didn't receive in time. In fact I received it after the date it would have been had I not paid extra for shipping.

    Maybe it's a matter of luck but one of the tricycle wheels was broken in half. Sadly we didn't try to put the bike together till my son's birthday. It looks like a sturdy bike we were just unlucky. Be smart and check it as soon as it's delivered.

    Awesome gift for my son
    This was a great buy at a great price. Easy to put together. However the instruction manual made it a little more complicated than it actually was.

    Shipping was a nightmare
    I live up north and wanted to send my 4 year old great grandson who lives in Florida a bike for his birthday. So the purchase I made included a bike helmet for a few bucks more. I made the online purchase and had free shipping. But I was offered for $5 more I can have it delivered in three days instead of the usual week to ten days so I paid for it. Then I get an email purchase confermation stating the bike won't get to the boys house for at least 10 days. Whoa here, I paid extra for faster shipping. So I called customer service and they refunded my $5. But then it seems both bike and helmet ship seperatly. The great grandson gets his helmet in a few days but the bike is taking ten days. On top of that the shipper had truck problems so the bike was even one more day late. I'm sure the shipping issues aren't Walmarts fault but I'm not sure I'll do another online purchase like this one.
