This dosage is no never in the stores anymore - but is a reasonable price - so online I go! Have been taking for years to help with split finger nails. Takes some time to make a difference - but it has worked for me.

My experience with Spring Valley Biotin was terrible, the seals on all the pots are not good and they came open, I believe this is a chronic problem with this product. In addition, in all the vials the capsules were stuck together, as if they were a single block of stone.

    Easy to swallow! Keeps hair nourished!

    Titanium dioxide is a common metal that naturally interacts with oxygen to form titanium oxides. These have been shown to cause lung cancer in animals, build up over time in the body, and are potentially genotoxic. EFSA (European Food Safety Authority) said: “Taking into account all available scientific studies and data, the Panel concluded that titanium dioxide can no longer be considered safe as a food additive." (The FDA maintains that titanium dioxide is safe for human consumption, but no one has believed anything the FDA said in this century.) Please take it out of your products. We don't care what color the pills are.

    Seems to be a nice item, but I CAN'T GET IT...
    Item always shows in stock online, but when order placed, it gets substituted for some other item. Item always shows available in various Walmart stores, but upon visiting the stores, the item is always out of stock; if it was ever in stock. Very frustrating.

    They work
    I actually forgot I was taking these every morning until this review popped up. My nails were really bad after taking my acrylics off on May 2020 because...COVID. Not being able to got to the nail tech was a pain so I just took them off myself. My nails were super weak
